Incredible service offered by Aymen at the Liverpool Street branch.
I ordered a suit and needed it tailored within 24hours to allow me to wear it to a family member's funeral. Aymen pulled some strings and made it happen for me.
We didn't have time to make the complete jacket amendments but I returned a 2 weeks later and again, Aymen not only remembered me but went above and beyond to make sure the suit fit just right.

I had to try more than five times to pay online, i have to go to westfield and still the same, very bad customer service i have to eventually pay by Klana reluctantly. I never know Hewes and Curties had turn to this???
Pls fix your online services.

I bought several shirts from them earlier this year and within 6 months 2 of the shirts had become ripped on the sleeves from stretching. The quality of these products has dropped significantly and the customer service team were extremely unhelpful. Used to be a loyal customer but will be shopping elsewhere for my shirts and smart clothes. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a shirt on 10th Dec and was told a day later it was actually out of stock and that I could choose another, fine. I chose another and a day after that was then told that one was out of stock too. I then chose 2 more options and then they went radio silent for 3 whole days. On Monday this week they emailed back to say it was being 'processed'. I emailed back to ask how long this usually takes and by what method it will it be sent as it is now extremely late (I needed it as a gift). Their customer 'service' simply messaged back repeating that it is being processed, which didn't answer my question at all. Lazy, disrespectful attitude considering THEY caused the delay and now I have had to pay for a replacement gift. SEVEN days after the order and still nothing dispatched and they don't even seem to care and take over a day to respond.

Edit: Please note that the response below takes no responsibility for the poor customer service which still has no been acknowledged and my queries were not answered until I asked this to be escalated. Will never shop here again.

I ordered few shirts and wanted to change one of them to a different colour . Rory was courteous and helpful and replied to my request and did what I wanted . I got the shirts yesterday.

A really poor experience buying with H&K after many years of buying their shirts.

Bought a suit in the sale online, I sized up the jacket to accommodate it being a slim cut, it arrived still too small. A return is being refused on my trousers for this suit because the trousers are finished, in the standard inside leg length of 31 so easily able to re-sell. Why would I buy unfinished trousers to wear? The jacket is not available in a larger size. Other companies in the past have been happy for me to exchange - I offered to purchase a much more expensive suit which has been denied, now I'm left with a suit that a can't make any use of.
Also sold me a shirt which was out of stock - I was contacted to pick a different one which I did, pointing out the required size, one too small has now been sent
A poor experience - will stick to CT or Lewins in the future!

Nice clothing…below par customer service. Everything has been very hard work during my most recent purchase. I will definitely think twice before ordering again.

Took my money for 3 shirts .then said they didn't have one of the shirts they said they would refund for the shirt they didn't have, why take the money for the third shirt when they knew before they sent them they only had 2. Now I have to wait a week for refund, very manipulative, I would like to hold their cash for a week.

The response to my order was prompt. I was advised on the status of my order and offered a good deal on replacements for items out of stock.

I ordered a suit for a ceremony with a special discount offer but my package was never delivered.
H&C declared the parcel lost and made no effort to arrange a new delivery and simply told me after 1 month that I would be refunded. So I didn't get my suit for the ceremony and have to order it again without the same discount. I called customer service, who told me it wasn't their problem and that I should complain to the transporter!

I ordered 4 of the Non-Iron White Twill Fitted Slim Shirt with (double cuff) on the Saturday night and paid the extra £5 for 24-hour delivery (Why not?) The shirts arrived first thing Monday morning at 09:30am in a professional Hawes & Curtis corporate coloured box, it looked fantastic.

I tried the shirts on and they fit perfectly, the thick twill is excellently put together, the collars have stiffeners in them already and the cuffs are 2 size adjustable. I couldn't be more pleased with my buying experience and I'll be returning soon.

White City, Westfield branch's staff was very rude. The guy started finding me my size, showing me everything, but when he realises that I am in doubt that whether to buy it or not, he just left me. After I went to Moss store the staff was very helpful, polite and smiling. Probably, will buy from Moss soon my lovely suit. I recommend Moss Bross. P.S. I am independent customer. I just mentioned Moss, because I really went there and got what I need, and the service was good.

What a shame that customers can only talk to a "BOT"!! I was sent a referral voucher offering me 20% discount off my first order, which didn't work. I have tried talking to their BOT, which was useless, and I have emailed, but that has been ignored.

Why have you removed all your bigger sizes from your website and playing with people's time/mind on your small size. No one has asked you to do black Friday sales so if you can't reduce your shirts at this time like other shops, then please stop advertising and wasting people's time to browse through you small sizes sales shirts. I guess you are playing with people's minds.

Hawes & Curtis gave a convenient excuse that 4 shirts out of 8 (50%) I ordered are "torn" or "defective" within a couple of months were due to wear and tear because it is more than 28 days. Hence, we can imply that the quality of Hawes & Curtis shirts are not guaranteed beyond 28 days. While my TMLEWIN shirts of 10 yrs are still durable till date.

Not a good experience as a first-time customer. No thanks.

I recently purchased a complete black tie outfit from Hawes & Curtis for my son and was really impressed with the quality of the garments as well as the excellent customer experience and service offered by the team in the Jermyn Street store. Special thanks go to Aleksandra for her expertise and delightful manner and to the tailor who adjusted the trousers to the perfect length.

My first purchase…. A merino roll neck sweater. Beautiful fit, wonderful quality and arrived very quickly. I am very happy with this purchase and the buying experience absolutely banging…

Call me old fashioned but taking a week and half to deliver a package in 2024 is bordering on the ridiculous. Giving off buying from a catalogue back in the 1980's. Be better.

Product quality isn’t great for the price. I paid around 100 AUD per business shirt (for 4 shirts) and several of them had buttons that fell off due to loose thread. The suit trousers I ordered also looked great initially but then the polyester lining started ripping. Also, the belt support bands had loose threads.
