If i was allowed to give negative stars I would. Been over a month with no ETA and no responses from the company. Sent emails asking for information and contact us on the site with no response at all. Seems like they just took my money and do not plan to send anything at all. Feeling like this site is just a scam. I wouldn't buy from them at all. Be aware that if you do you may not get what you paid for or anything at all.

Received a Facebook message stating my order would be shipped within 1 business day. Time came and went. I am now 6 weeks from order date and no other response. This is a scam that will only steal your money please do not purchase so scamming companies like this will go out of business.

J’ai malheureusement commandé sur hautesaucebeauty.com en pensant que c’était la vraie marque… mais le seul site officiel, c’est dolcehautesauce.com.
Ce site est une contrefaçon dangereuse. Les parfums reçus sentent mauvais, ne sont pas comestibles malgré ce qu’ils promettent, et ma commande est arrivée en retard (certains produits jamais reçus). Le service client, Inexistant.
Ils copient tout : les visuels, les noms, même les réseaux… pour nous tromper.
⚠️ Dolce Haute Sauce est la seule marque originale, avec un site sécurisé et un compte certifié sur Instagram (@dolcehautesauce).
Ne vous faites pas avoir comme moi. Plus jamais.

I have never recieved my order and have never been able to get in contact with customer service.
Its a scam.

If possible I would’ve given a lower score, It’s been three months since my large order of more than $100. Emailed customer service multiple times that my order has never been received. No reply. Nothing nada. IT’S A SCAM SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Scam! No product and no replies to multiple messages via emails or social media
Edit: I did receive my products 1 month later and they are fake. The arrive in a plain cardboard box, not the pretty box as shown on the website and the bottles looks nothing like the website. The labels are badly printed and the fonts and sizes are different on each bottle and don’t look like the products pictured on the website. Also, there is no ingredient information or anything else provided, just a bottle in a plain box. They are fake, avoid!

Nous sommes plusieurs à avoir commandé des parfums en février. Personnellement le 27/02 : j’écris ce message le 14/04 pour avertir de possibles futurs client.e.s. Ne commandez pas, ils ne répondent pas malgré plusieurs mails. Mon argent est prit et mon colis n’a même pas été envoyé à l’heure d’aujourd’hui.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered 3 fragrances on the 27th of Feb. As of today (20/3/25) I have emailed them 3 times asking for a update on my order and have received no communication at all. If I don't hear back off of them I will be going through my bank to get my money refunded.

Don’t bother to order from this company, I have tried to reach out to them for weeks and no response and no perfume.

I’d five a zero if I could. Purchased two bottles of perfume on Jan 21, and haven’t received anything. Tried messaging customer service 3 times now without a single response. Don’t waste your time or money.
