Great courier!
Communications is efficient both with organisers and drivers and the price is affordable. The only reason I don't give 5* is due to the fact that my organisation sends parcels to schools, and often the parcel is sitting in a depot for a long time, only to be delivered to schools outside school hours, needing repeated attempts.

Hi Ramona,
Thank you for your detailed feedback — we’re really pleased to hear you’ve found our communication efficient and our pricing competitive.
We also appreciate you highlighting the delivery challenges to schools. We understand how important timing is in these cases, and we recognise that deliveries outside of school hours can cause unnecessary delays. This is something we are continuously working to improve with our delivery partners to better align with site-specific requirements.
Thank you again for your honest feedback — it’s invaluable in helping us improve our service.
Kind Regards

Unusual experience
Nice enough firm but very strange subcontractor came.
Lorry refused to pull into my estate of 10 houses - didn’t even call security gates to get in, and claimed to have called me - no record on my mobile at all.
My house has had dust carts / fire engines in and articulated Lorry’s but he wouldn’t come in. I saw his lorry outside and rushed to get a builder to help but he had driven off - it wasn’t big at all. They have taken this up for me as it was bizarre so I am thankful for their concern so revised my rating.

Hi Lucy,
Thank you for your feedback and for updating your review — we really appreciate it.
We’re sorry to hear about the initial confusion with the collection. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially given the access you’ve described. While drivers do make decisions on-site based on their assessment, we agree that this situation was unusual and not what you would typically expect.
We’re glad we were able to take this up for you and appreciate your recognition of our efforts to resolve the issue. Your feedback is important to us, and we will continue to work with our partners to ensure a more consistent experience moving forward.
Thank you again for your understanding and for choosing Haulable

Avoid!!!!
Avoid!!!!
Arranged a shipment uk to USA, all well until they arrived to collect a 100kg pallet in a van….
Charged me £82! As a missed delivery, I didn’t ask how they were collecting why would I…. But they never advised I should have a fork lift truck!!!!
Discussed this point and they would not negotiate so asked for a refund, got this minus the £82
New company that send shipments to USA regular but have lost our potential future business thats a shame, not even given a chance…..shows it would have been more issues at our cost

Hi Wayne,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.
For pallet collections, it is standard that suitable loading facilities are available at the collection point, such as a forklift or equivalent, unless a tail-lift service is specifically requested at the time of booking. Without this, drivers are unable to safely load heavier consignments, such as a 100kg pallet.
The failed collection charge was applied based on the vehicle attending as booked and being unable to complete the collection under the provided conditions. That said, we do appreciate your feedback regarding how this requirement was communicated and recognise this could have been clearer.
We would also like to clarify that Haulable is not a new company. We are part of a wider group with nearly 40 years of experience handling international shipments, including regular movements to the USA.
We’re sorry we weren’t able to meet your expectations on this occasion and regret that we’ve lost the opportunity to work with you moving forward.
Kind Regards

AVOID AVOID AVOID
If only I could give 0 stars or even a minus score that would still flatter this absolute disgrace of a company.
I booked a 5 day service from the UK to the USA and it took 41 days. They have charged me twice for customs clearance (one has just been refunded) and charged me 70.27 for a failed collection. Driver stated he was here 15 minutes but was absolutely not and he tried to call me multiple times, again he absolutely did not. My neighbour said i would be 2 minutes and the driver said i haven't got time for this and drove off, (I was in the toilet).
All in all this shipment has been a disaster and Haulable simply do not care, I could have had sea freight at a fraction of the cost and it actually probably would have got to the USA quicker.
Avoid this company is my suggestion as i have been very badly let down and have had absolutely no accountability from them whatsoever.

Hi Chris,
We’re very sorry to read your review and understand how frustrating this experience has been, particularly given the extended transit time and the issues you’ve outlined. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the disruption caused.
With regards to the customs charges, we can confirm that this was identified and refunded from our side within the same day.
In terms of the transit time, there were several delays outside of our direct control, including arranging the POA, duties being paid, and issues at loading which impacted the scheduled flight departures. While these factors contributed to the delay, we fully recognise that the overall experience has fallen well below expectations.
In relation to the failed collection charge, this would have been applied based on the driver’s report and attempted contact at the time. However, we do understand your account of events and appreciate how frustrating this situation must have been from your side.
We take all feedback seriously and are continuing to review this internally to ensure improvements are made moving forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologise again for the experience you’ve had
Kind Regards

The lady who delivered it was very…As above. Excellent and so proficient at what she was doing.
The lady who delivered it was very helpful, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and efficient with the delivery and the machinery that she had to manoeuvre.
The Igloo, was extremely well wrapped and protected from the elements and I found your Company to be very experienced and a delight to buy from!
Just cannot wait to see it erected and being disabled with really bad mobility I’m so looking forward to being out in it when the sun has gone down and I’m cosy in my garden house, with my darling Bonnie Cavapoo on my knee.
So thank you very much.
Kind regards. Christine B.
