Wrong product given, poor customer service
Ordered a laptop with 8GB RAM for my son going off to college, it has 4 GB of RAM and is super slow, can't handle things like video editing software well at all. I left a query and an automatic email came back to me upon submitting it saying they would contact me in 24 hours, this was multiple days ago. I was in Spain for a lot of this on holiday and the stress ruined it. Appalling.

Harvey Norman did their part of the…
Harvey Norman did their part of the order process just fine. What went wrong was delivery. Your DPD delivery driver left a farm gate open (and jammed against the inclined road by opening it the wrong way!) on our working sheep farm. We have already spoken to the branch and to DPD. Your branch were sympathetic but DPD really didn’t seem to care much apart from referring it to their Kerry depot.

We needed a new gas cooker and found the one we wanted for 559 euro . but they wanted 30 delivery. we only live 3ish miles away. we went elsewhere and got the same cooker for same price and FREE delivery. Your loss Harvey Norman

Poor Service
I placed my order 23/06/25.I got an email from H.N. to say that I would have my order in a few days. Then I got another email from HN tralee to say that they would deliver my order as soon as it came in to them. A week passed and nothing arrived. I rang HN tralee to be told that they had had my order in their store for 2 days. Their excuse for non-delivery was that they would not be in my area for deliveries until wednesday
Wednesday came and nothing arrived. It is now friday 18th July and my order has finally arrived, almost a month after I placed my order.
