Exceptional Customer Service
Exceptional Customer Service. I am a Tralee Harvey Norman customer for over 15 years. For the last three visits, I had the distinct pleasure of being assisted by James. I both asked for professional expertise on several items in the course of my visits, and purchased items as well -based on James's clear expertise. But what struck me particularly, was James's ability to always greet me by my name (he always remembered) and, his a keen focus on going beyond and always ensuring I considered all aspects to the printers and memory banks, and other items I was considering. James was consistently proactive to double check any metrics I should consider. I have met many customer service agents at Harvey Normans. James simply stands out. He is a great representative for your company. Thank you.
