I'll be honest, I'm not normally taken in by scams but the advert for this company was on Instagram so I thought it would be trustworthy. After all the ad showed British customers to this traditional hat makers with a pedigree for making hats for a long time, so I decided to order one. The penny dropped today when I received notification that the hat had been dispatched. However, on closer inspection it said that it had left China and was on its way! The company and the advert are a complete con and front for a cheap Chinese producer. I haven't received the hat yet but I think I know what to expect. Instagram should ban their adverts but I don't suppose they care as long as they're getting some financial benefit from it themselves. I won't be buying anything advertised on Instagram again, it's not worth the risk.

Disappointed, expected better quality. Very, very, similar to a much cheaper cap I bought elsewhere. Would not buy again.

This is one of the better online shopping experiences I’ve had. Very easy to use site👍🏼.
I bought two hats because I couldn’t decide which I preferred. As an older gentleman, I find baseball caps don’t fit like they used to and my hair doesn’t like to play anymore, so these caps will be perfect.

They indicate that each hat is hand…
They indicate that each hat is hand made in their workshop to order, which you are led to believe is somewhere in the UK. Once you order they tell you it’ll be 10 days before it arrives, and that’s really because it’s being shipped from China. If it’s really hand-made to order why would they cut out the labels of origin from inside their hats? I’m certain these hats are mass produced in China, and these guys buy them in, cut out the labels and pass them off as artisan hand-made. I’ll be donating mine to the charity shop, if they’ll take them. Avoid.

My new hats are excellent quality.
My new hats are very good quality and fit perfectly. I made a mistake and ordered two hats that were the same by accident and Harrington & Co. we're great exchanging one of my duplicates.
Only reason I didn't give the company 5 stars was shipping was kind of slow and tracking was terrible, but the hats were definitely worth the wait. The hats definitely get 5 stars.

Perfect Fathers Day Gift
