Expected better quality
I can’t review for all their products however I have just received a denim cap. Very UNIMPRESSED with the quality. It cost £23 , had I seen / examined the cap as in a shop I would not have even considered it and definitely not bought it .just my view of course, others may have better experience?
I’ve got better caps that cost less than half . The returns process looks like hassle so reluctantly I shall keep it, I can’t be bothered with the hassle.

Hat is a little flimsy
Hat is a little flimsy. The m photos it appeared that the fabric was more robust. However its fits well but is NOT easily adjusted.

I like the story behind this shop
I like the story behind this shop. There seems to be a real sense of craftsmanship in their product. I hope the caps are as good as the reviewers say.
One thing that I'd love to see is people actually wearing the hats (models). They do have reviewers wearing their purchases but I wish they also included the name of the cap

My loved grandsons head wear ?
My grandson whos 29 always wears a sport type cap with the large cap kneb to it even indoors ,hes getting up the company ladder in outdoor construction ,buti think his cap style makes him look a youngster ,i think your style cap would make him look older and more stylish ,his company love him but think looks count for more?

Ordered two hats and when they finally arrived bore no resemblance to what I had ordered .when I saw the delivery time ten days !! The word China came to mind and then I saw the internal labels had been carefully snipped off Hmm
Look at the stock answer to all previous complaints and dont be taken in by smooth advert.
