A wonderful company with amazing customer service. I had an issue with the playpen having some flaws with the gate not opening properly and contact customer service. I received a reply within 24 hrs and had multiple emails with Yuri, who did everything she could to make sure a new gate was sent out asap. An extremely reputable company with great quality pieces and amazing customer service. I will definitely recommend Harppa products to anyone. My baby girl loves her playpen and its aesthetically pleasing also as an added bonus!

Received package with one part with a manufacturing defect. The part had a protruding white plastic due to which it could not go inside the side joint. They arranged for a replacement in two weeks and it was in perfect condition. Thank you for the support!

Nice customer service
Nice customer service, I got my product pretty on time after it’s back in stock. I only hope the wood it’s better finished considering it’s not cheap, it would’ve be way better it’s the finish is smoother and not as raw, it’s can give you splinters if you are not careful.

Excellent communication! Right after ordering my item, I spoke to a representative regarding a question I had. She was very helpful. I was notified when my package was shipped and received my package quickly.

Terrible customer service - not answering
Their customer service has been not responsive and unreachable. Perhaps they’re trying to avoid helping fulfill warranty? Part came broken and looking to replace, which they say you can by contacting them. Have not heard a single response.

We absolutely love our playpen
We absolutely love our playpen! I love that you can make it any size you want. We have moved ours around and it’s so nice to be able to make it bigger or smaller to the fit the space needed. It’s sturdy and very well made.

Safe, sturdy, and durable.
My wife, myself, and our 10 month-old son all love our HARPPA playpen. He's a wild man who absolutely loves hanging on the walls of his playpen as well as swinging on the door. We feel completely safe letting him play as this thing is STURDY. We love it so much we just ordered another one to expand it. Thanks, Harppa!

Checks all my boxes
I have been searching for the best playpen and I believe it is this one. It is made of wood which is the best material for me than plastic or fabric, cos that means less germs. And the rails do not give off the cagey vibe like the others. Lastly, I love how I can customize and add more rail if I want a bigger space for my baby. Assembly is very easy!

good product and fast customer service
We really like the gate as it is a very good balance in cost and quality. It fits with the current vogue of the natural wood most of our other baby products have. We also had a special request that required shipping of additional parts that was a very positive experience for us and helped a lot.
