I ordered two sweaters from this company, and upon arrival, both items were of noticeably poor quality and not as advertised. I immediately requested a return under their prominently advertised 30-day money-back guarantee.
However, I was informed that return shipping would cost approximately $40–$50 due to customs fees. When I asked to return the items to a U.S. location, I was told this was not an option. Although the company presents itself as being based in Charleston, all returns must be sent overseas—something that is never disclosed at the time of purchase. This is misleading and unacceptable.
I am willing to pay a normal return shipping fee of around $10–$15, but the $40–$50 cost they demand is excessive. Given the poor product quality, misleading business practices, unreasonable return requirements, and lack of confidence that my return would be handled properly, I strongly advise others not to purchase from this company.
