I'm only leaving 1 star because I had to. The blouse I received was cheap fabric and shoddily made. I ended up accepting a 50% discount and keeping it (maybe some high school costume department can use it) since getting a full discount seemed impossible.

The Return Policy is a SCAM
After placing order through their website, I rec'd no confirmation, order number, tracking number, etc. Order arrived but items were not sized properly and fabrics were not as advertised. No invoice included so still no order number, tracking number and one or both are required to initiate a return. Before ordering I always make sure that I understand the return policy which is stated to be 30 days. I sent a message requesting their assistance to process a RETURN, using their contact form and this is just part of the email response they sent:
"To help us resolve this promptly, could you please confirm if the items you received were the correct sizes you originally ordered? Additionally, if you had a chance to refer to the size chart during purchase, that information would be helpful for us.
To better understand the sizing issue and assist with our internal investigation and product quality checks, we kindly ask you to provide the following photos:
Place the garment on a flat surface, such as the floor or a bed
Ensure the item is laid out naturally, without folds or wrinkles
Place a measuring tape along the area with the size discrepancy (for example: bust, length, or sleeve)
Make sure the entire garment is clearly visible in one single photo
These photos will help us accurately assess the sizing issue and determine the best solution for you. Once we receive them, we can quickly work on a suitable resolution, whether that’s a replacement, an exchange, or another option that works best for you.

Misleading re fabric content
The picture of the cotton tunic tee was gorgeous and the description promised it was 100% cotton. I ordered and received it, but the tunic, though it had 100% cotton on the string-attached tag, was clearly not 100% cotton. There were no sewn-in seam content labels, nor was there a stamped content below the back neckline. I emailed the company requesting return authorization, and was asked for pictures and more information. Sent a picture (this made no sense to me). Luna emailed back that they had investigated, and the tunic was, in fact, 100% cotton. It wasn’t, and I knew it (and so did they), but I conducted two different cotton tests, anyway. Beyond debatable. I was tired by that point and accepted a %20 refund. Their clothing looks lovely on the site, but this company flat-out lies. Having, too lately, looked at other reviews, I realize that many customers believe Harper and Lane is fraudulent. Wish I’d checked before walking stupidly into this one.

Misleading return process and endless hoops
I had a very disappointing experience with Harper & Lane. The dress I received did not match expectations and fit poorly, so I requested a return.
Instead of providing straightforward return instructions, customer service made the process unnecessarily difficult by repeatedly asking for additional photos and detailed measuring tape measurements, even after I had already provided what they requested.
This feels like a tactic to delay or discourage returns rather than a legitimate customer service process.
If you order from this company, be aware that returning an item will be difficult and time-consuming. I would not purchase from them again.

My husband ordered 2 blouses in late November for my Christmas presents. The fabrics were beautiful but the design was atrocious, unwearable, and not at all as shown on their website. Since I didn't open the packages until 12/25, it was past the 30 day return cutoff date. They absolutely refused to accept the returns... we threw the blouses in the trash. Poor quality experience
Hello: I ordered a red boho handbag that was advertised as "Quality" and it was far from it. First, the delivery was met with lengthy delays. Once received, the handbag was Paper thinnnn! I am so furious! I have expressed my written dissatisfaction and requested a refund. However, the ling they provided Failed, when I uploaded photos of their measely product. Absolute trash
Absolute trash. False fronted company who is based in China. Product i received was nothing like what i ordered and the material that was used had to be what was left over from a toy department. Quality is so bad it is almost laughable. Have contacted the company 5 times and all I can get in return is an automatic reply email. Please look elsewhere and save yourself some trouble. **The reply they posted has the same talking points they use in their automatic reply email, which is the only thing I have received every time I have contacted them. The boots were at least a size and a half small. The material they were made of truly reminds you of something a Barbie dolls boots would be made out of and it was stretched so thin you can take your fingernail and split it. Seams completely separating from the pressure and low quality material. All of this on top of waiting 5 weeks to get the boots after being told 5-7 business days when ordering. They should truly receive negative stars but that’s not an option. Hope this helps to keep at least one person from losing their money. Worst money I’ve spent in a very long time.

Shoes aren't what are pictured & described
I just received the second pair of shoes from Harper and Lane. They sent a replacement for the first pair which was supposed to have a wide toe box. That was my reason for buying them. Don't buy from Harper & Lane. I bought two pairs of boots. One knee height the other ankle. Both were tight on me feet although I order a size up from my regular shoe size. They pinched my toes. I sent pictures of both boots as they requested and also along side a measuring tape so they could confirm the correct size was shipped to me. There have been numerous emails where I am asking for the return label and to get a full return from them. Nothing but apologies saying they will do everything to make this happen but nothing is sent to me with regard to the return. Harper & Lane keeps dragging their feet. Offering me 20% off and to keep the boots. I don't want the boots. I do want my money back. I think I'll contact the BBBureau next. Argh, what a stupid situation. Never again!!!

1 Star - False Advertising and Poor Quality
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Harper & Lane. The clothes I received were of very poor quality and look nothing like what was shown in their online photos and descriptions. The difference between what was advertised and what actually arrived is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, they require customers to pay for return shipping, which feels like adding insult to injury when the issue is entirely on their end. Given the poor quality of the items and the misleading advertising, I have no confidence that I'll actually receive a refund even if I do pay to ship these back. This feels like a scam designed to leave customers out of pocket either way.
Save yourself the trouble and money - shop elsewhere.

An unexpected super Christmas gift from H & L
I ordered a lovely leather belt and a pair of blue stone drop earrings weeks ago and as Christmas grew closer was very concerned that they would not arrive in time. Harper and Lane (Luna) and I sent several emails back and forth. I had already paid for them - but complained to my credit card co and they cancelled the charges. The purchases DID arrive just before Christmas - and even better news is that for my patience and anxiety, Harper and Lane told me that I did not need to send them back NOR did I have to repay for them.
