Harperandellis Austin Arvostelua 

I had a very disappointing experience with Harperandellis Austin.

I purchased a pair of shoes after seeing their advertisement on Instagram, trusting their positioning as a boutique based in Austin, Texas. The product I received, however, was of very low quality — poor finishing, a strong glue smell, and the shoes themselves arrived deformed, crammed inside a plastic bag.

The website clearly promises a “100% happiness guarantee,” with a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Based on this, I requested a return. Instead of honoring their policy, the company repeatedly tried to avoid the return by offering partial refunds (20%, then 35%) if I kept the product.

This directly contradicts what is advertised and is highly misleading.

I am formally requesting a full refund, including shipping costs, in accordance with their stated policy. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through consumer protection channels and continue to report this experience publicly.

Buyers should proceed with caution.

These shoes visually hide my unsightly large bunion and are surprisingly comfortable

The dress is perfect. True to size!! I love that I can dress it up or dress it down and it came very quickly and the price was so reasonable

I like the product, but, unfortunately, they are a little bit smaller that I like any shoes to be. I am hoping for the best, that during the time my foot gets more adjusted to the shoes

As stated I love the item but it’s not hassle return. I don’t want to give this a bad review but customer care has not been helpful. Also what was shown was not received the advertised item has a flower pendant and what I received has none but I can get by. I would like just to be able to get what I want without paying for it again.

Another scam company from China
I bought 2 dresses on their website because it had 30 return guarantee. When I received 2 very low-quality shreds, I emailed them with the request for the return authorization. They told me that they can offer me 20% refund, and I don't even have to send the items back (which tells me that their real price is below 20% of the $40 that I paid). I refused. Then they offered 35% refund. I refused. Then they said that I can ship them back to China at my own expense, but there is a very high chance the package will get lost in the mail or at the customs. I am pissed!

The shoes are beautiful, but in my case I need a smaller size. I am usually an 8 1/2 and am exchanging them for an 8. I ordered them for vacation to wear with sundresses and pants (rather than sneakers) and they work beautifully. I would definitely recommend them for any occasion. Very good customer service, you won't be disappointed.

I accidentally ordered 2 pair of these shoes, no problem, this is a caring company, answered my messages to correct the order and refund the second pair cost right away. The shoes are plenty wide to fit my bunion foot, thanks.

First of all , the timely process, it took less than two weeks for my order to arrive !! The dress us beautiful , although it wasn't lined as shown , but a slip will help with that. I have high reviews as I placed on your ad site.

Very pleased with my purchase. Very comfortable and light weight.

Customer service is awesome. Your products need to be size appropriate meaning they run a little small for the size requested. I ordered shoes and needed to order a size up which I’ve never had to do. I ordered a dress it fits but could’ve been a little bigger. That’s my only concern other than that I have no complaints.

The shoes are SO COMFY! I was skeptical ordering online; however, I will certainly order again!
