Good communication

These shoes are not only pretty but they are super comfortable!

Sandals fit perfectly, are comfortable and stylish. They were sent with less packaging and yet arrived in perfect shape.

The sandals are very comfortable. The shipping time was quick. The only issue I noted is the sizing is on the smaller size. I ordered a 10 b/c I wear 91/2. My heel is flush with the back of the sandal. So far very pleased with product.

I was pleasantly surprised how well they and felt on my feet. The quality was as great as the comfort and fit.

I ordered a European size 39 which is normally my size, but they should have warned me that it runs small. Other companies will forewarn you to order one size up. I have to wear them without socks because it is a bit uncomfortable even without socks. Luckily, I live in a warm climate. They are adorable; otherwise. Everything cones from China these days, so you take your chances when ordering online.

The shoes are adorable and comfortable. The first pair I received were one size too small. I requested to exchange them for the next size up and they shipped to me immediately. I already have them and wearing them. They fit perfectly!

Love my sandals. Plan to order another pair in the red, I got the black!

Delivery status needs improvement.

Well, they run big. So, I had to reorder in the next size down. The new shoes came in and they didn't want the other shoes back, so I'll donate to charity. The only thing that stunk was I had to $9.95 per pair of shoes (I bought 2 pairs).

I liked all the three shoes I bought. The delivery was made in good time and Harperandellis were communicative throughout the process. The only issue was that estimated an incorrect size and bought size 9 because I have bunions and often have to buy a size bigger to accommodate the space in need near my toes. However the shoes I bought are spacious near the toes and very comfortable so next I will get a size 8 instead of 9.

Shoes are super cute! Communication about the status of my order was excellent! Overall a great shopping experience.

I should have ordered Size 9 instead of 9.5. It’s a bit big on me.
