The website is very user unfriendly. You have to continuously write emails to get to where you need to be. In addition, I paid for the one year album promotion, and my money disappeared into a black hole. Very poor customer support, and no way to upload music. I have yet to hear anything from this site concerning what I paid for, and I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit.
Addendum: The money I paid appeared back on my credit card the following day. Harmony support did get in touch with me and then sent an invoice to expedite the payment process, but sent me to the same link for payment. Again, there was a problem with the transaction, as it appears that the only possible way to pay for any service that Harmony offers is ONLY through Paypal which I do not have.
So while I did finally get support from Harmony, the website is not user friendly, nor is it easy in any sense to actually perform monetary transactions with them.
As to whatever services they offer, it is unknown how they are since it is impossible (for me anyway) to do any kind of business transactions with them.

Firstly, they seem to follow up quickly without being pushy and also offer a range of promotional ideas to suit small time artist's budgets.
As a fan of the station, I enjoy listening to the incredibly diverse music spread. It's great for eclectic fans who want to listen to some music but can't decide what kind of music... if you know what I mean. This is also great for me as an eclectic musician who is willing to experiment with mixing genres in a way that might pre-dispose me to being overlooked.
Great experience. Awesome team and they get right on the job once you send over your music.
