Love having so many stations...at your fingertips on your computer or phone. Easy to change the sogn, station, volume etc. Should have signed on a long time ago. You too will be pleased.

The dayparting is great and easy
The dayparting is great and easy to work with. I like the fact that I can make multiple weeks in dayparting and switch between them. The music selection from Pandora radio is also very good.

The volume is very inconsistent
The volume is very inconsistent. I find that we have to turn it up and down constantly cause some songs come on and you can barely hear them and then other ones come on and they’re way too loud.

Initial call
Initial call, I was able to talk with a tech, but he couldn't resolve the issue. I did some troubleshooting on my own, then tried to call again. No answer other than voicemail twice.
