They are a scam, i bought a 7 day plan, downloaded the app and then 1 week later charged me another 75 EURO claiming the 1 week i purchased was a trial and auto renewed me for another 8 weeks which i DID NOT ask for. I emailed them immediately and they refused to refund me

They Renewed my monthly subscription…
They Renewed my monthly subscription today asked to cancel they said they could. But asked to have my money back as it was only taken out 2 hrs prior they said no we don't five money back. Don't recommend them they only want your money and have more than one app under different names, but same company.

I signed up for a week I think
I signed up for a week I think, it was £5.19 I just wanted to see how it was. I decided it wasn't for me. Today I have had £65 taken from my bank which has left me overdrawn.
I am very disappointed with this experience.
Please don't sign up if you cant afford to lose money.

Shame on you
My phone was stolen and used by someone who decided it would be funny to set up a variety of apps on my phone .
When my phone was returned to Me on the 24th of April after having been missing for a couple of weeks I was alarmed to see that a payment of £65 under a previous payment of £5 had been taken from my bank account by Harmony.
Unfortunately, for Me, the payment was taken on the morning of the day that I received my phone back. I immediately contacted the company and told them what had happened. The person who had taken my phone is known to me and has significant mental health issues, they went missing for a couple of weeks. They had set up other apps on my phone as well . I explained to harmony what had happened but they said that the subscription had been applied properly despite the information that I had given them and refused to give me my money back. I raised a dispute with my bank and harmony told my bank that they had applied the subscription properly and it wasn’t their policy to accept that mental health issues were a reason to refund somebody in this instance.
I just find this completely reprehensible and I think it’s awful when human beings put money over kindness. They could quite easily have issued a refund in the light of what happened.
Shame on you!
An addition made today on the 11th of May. I have responded using the link you provided three times now yet I’ve yet to hear back from you via this trustpilot review. I have had emails back-and-forth from harmony in general and I feel that nobody is really paying attention to what has happened and to what I’m saying and to the evidence that I have provided in regards to the refund.. you say that you have refunded the amount back into my bank account but this was done by Me raising a dispute on the 24th of April. Halifax temporarily put it back into my bank account but made it quite clear and I’ve provided a screenshot of evidence of this that if harmony were to disagree with the dispute then the money would be withdrawn again.. I’ve sent you evidence at Harmony disagreed and the money was withdrawn again and I never had access to it anyway. I’ve since been offered a 50% refund and I agree to this and that’s never happened either because Harmony are insistent that they’ve repaid the whole amount.. I would like to see evidence that you have repaid the whole amount because the only transaction I have for harmony on my bank account is the deduction of the £65 and then the bank putting the £65 back in temporarily and like I said, it was then taken away again afterwards.
You keep spouting your rules at me but the point is that this subscription was set up by a 17 year-old girl with mental health issues who had access to my phone and took my phone and this was one of the many results of that theft.
The priority for harmony does seem to be on money rather than ethical empathy. It is morally bankrupt.
