Paid for one month at £11.99 and tricked into paying another £37.60
I signed up for one month with Harmony. I had options to buy more but just paid for one month and thought that was it. I paid £11.99. 4 weeks later and I've noticed a charge of £37.60 on my bank account - i didn't ask for anything and didn't think I had agreed to any subscription. I contacted the company to ask them to cancel and refund - they have said they have cancelled but will not refund. I am furious. Be very careful as now I have read other reviews about this happening to a lot of people. Terrible way to conduct a business. I think this is the first time I have ever given a negative review. Even if I liked what I was offered the fact they have basically tricked me which is the same as theft in my eyes I wouldn't have anything more to do with the. Absolute joke!
Edit: I absolutely did not agree to pay for any more than one month and if it was so clear etc then you'd inform people giving them that choice but you don't. I would never have signed up for this and like I said if you thought people would carry on then you would notify rather than take it. I have told you I don't want this and you have told me no refund. I would advise extreme caution to others so they don't get conned like I did. There are many other reviews like this.

Take monies from account without permission
I purchased the 7 day diet. I found that this was not for me so I deleted the app. I checked my apple app subscriptions to ensure that no future payments would go out I all checked my bank account. All clear. So no worries… or so I thought!!!! They then proceeded to take a further £65 from my account unexpectedly and without permission. When I challenged this they refused a refund PLEASE BE AWARE?.. theft!, contacted as advised in their response to this and still be refund nor reply… stinky!

What an absolute scam of a company
What an absolute scam of a company. Not only is the app utter useless in both design and content, you can easily Google all of the info yourself online or simply buy a book for a fraction of the price.
I stupidly signed up for the minimum period of a week to simply have a look for £5.99 and this has locked me into a subscription and charged me £65.69 without my consent. No warning of subscription and any info in the T&Cs are wholly ambiguous and confusing on purpose! As soon as my phone alerted me of the money being taken I was online immediately - Harmony happily cancelled but told me that it’s a digital subscription so no refund!!! Not only am I livid at paying over £70 for absolutely s**t info and app nut a junior assistant refuses to escalate. I am now disputing via my bank, Paypal and will post this everywhere so people are not caught out by scammers like this. I’d give them minus 10 if I could!
I simply wanted a quick look and see what it was about for a small amount of money and now I’m scammed out of £70+
