Hardrock Arvostelua

I signed up with them, played games, loss a few, and then won. Requested to withdraw, now my account was suspended and the chat is ai, repeats things over and over, it says it will take 6 hours to resolve, after six hours it says it will take six more hours. Its a scam, if my account was suspicious why wait and take my deposit. Now have to go through hoops to get my money back.

I’m an avid on line gambler. I’ve played multiple on line casino platforms . These are the tightest slots around. Avoid.

Will not honor welcome bonus. Said I had account from 2022.....I live in Michigan and it just came here less than 2 months ago. Spent $975 in 24 hrs amd was told I qualified for Lossback until after the 24 hour period. Total scam. I cant believe the gaming board allows this trash. Don't play here.

Closed my account within hours of opening it and it only took that long because customer service is terrible. Absolute scam, do not give them your info, do not send them money, do not waste your time.

Hardrock Bet has to be the worst Sportsbook in the world. It is very sad that their are no other legal options in Florida. My account has been suspended for months without an explanation I have made numerous attempts to rectify it I did all the verifications they requested and yet my account is still closed.

So this is an update as of my email screenshots reviews everywhere I open the app and there is a $50 Goodwill casino bonus so I don't know if that's the $50 friend referral money but you have to play it five times through there's a ticker in there in the rewards to show you how far you've gotten and my friend has one too but my sister and I still don't have the 50 that she referred me and we are supposed to receive $50 also the bonus that's not to mention so still not really sure what it is and there's no explanation in my emails or anything sorry about the long winded paragraph but it is what it is thank you trustpilot🔥🔥My review is my sister gave me a friend referral and it didn't work I went to support and they said, I already signed up ????:uuummmm no and I didn't they just started their online site in Michigan December 2nd there's no way so no friend referral bonus there they left me hanging in the support chat room for hours and hours nobody answering me I've emailed too nobody answered me I submitted a formal complaint today because yesterday I did a friend referral to my best friend and a whole bunch of other friends and the link is a bogus link and I sat right there with him while he clicked on the link and filled out the new player information etc deposited the required $20 and played through the required $50 & supposably both of us to get $50 nothing nobody got any referral money so I'm going to the Michigan game board I have emailed them with all the screenshots of all the referrals I've sent them all my friends that have joined and same with the referral bonus that we all deserve so make sure you check your stuff because I'm going to be on a classic lawsuit so if you have had the same problem tag along and follow me because this is crap! Make sure you screenshot and document everything I always do it says that I have invited nobody and nobody has joined friend referrals in my account which is such a lie totally fake news from hard Rock good luck people I am a dynasty gold member and also a platinum member at other platforms so don't tell me I don't know what I'm doing and reading the terms and condition and fine print for because I always do... And I've done everything right and so has my friends and family I asked them to make it right with us or they'll be a problem so still no email back no nothing just Dead silence from hard Rock in Michigan I'm PO'd right now.

Never win on slots. Terrible site. Don't waste your money.

Do not sign up with this casino! Their promotion is a total scam! It says, deposit $10 or more for 100% win back bonus and 200 free spins on Huff N More Puff. I deposited $200 when I signed up. I never hit not one bonus and blew throw the $200 with only small insignificant wins. Its a scam! So i'll get the $200 back and then have to bet the whole $200 1x in hopes of winning something in the end. After my initial experience with their games, its doubtful I will win anything! Their free spins... I used them and not once did I hit the bonus feature!! Not once! This casino is a SCAM!!! Don't waste your money! There are so many other options!

Don’t play the slots unless you want to loose your money

Bill duff “beware of this man” he’s a host for this platform. He’s a scammer for this site. He promised me options for my deposit then renigs because I won a small amount” he tells me I can’t sorry it’s bad for business since you won. I’m like wait am I suppose to just lose? How can you promise then take it away ? Most unprofessional host I’ve had and I been doing this for 20+ of gambling !

Terrible sportsbook, they are a trash bussiness.

There online platform sucks.. first they started off saying they wouldn't honor my friends referral stateing I already had a account in some other state I ain't been to.. then once I proved I wasn't they allowed me to play and said they would honor the referral..so I go on and play my free spins for being a new player hit a jackpot and now my account is suspended and has been for days and you don't get any help just some stupid bot repeating the same thing over and over... The online platform sucks run stay away....

Terrible just terrible they have terrible customer service The bonus bets are damn near useless like how you put in a $10 bonus bet in to get 70 cents back what kind of sense does that make

I played one time tried to get back into my account and was locked out. Tried for 4 days to get back in and got the run around. DONT FALL FOR THIS SITE.

Horrible experience I recommend NEVER playing there stols you will never WIN ! SURPRISE THEY'RE NOT UNDER INVESTIGATION you won't even win your money back

Worst site don't ever fall for the BS... Account suspended for sharing a phone.. and they are racist... I'm sure that's why they suspended my account... Horrible ppl running that site... If your in Michigan and you win a $20 bet they might suspend your account for sharing a phone... Times might be tough for Seminole casino... Joke!!!!

Went live in Michigan, and lo and behold, the sign up bonus doesn't work, but rest assured it will be in your account within 2 hours.

Just another garbage online casino owned by a garbage company ran by a garbage Goldstein.
