Absolute criminals. I made a prop bet on a player that never played in the second half of an NFL game. Their policy is to return the bet for a bonus bet. After not receiving it I sent them an email because there is no way to contact them, they didn’t get back to me for days and when they did they said bonus bet was only good for 5 days and it expired. Dont know what government agency controls them but I’ll be connecting them once I figure it out. Disgraceful to say the least.

Placed a bet on nfl game. I had all rhe players hit the bet quota. Then right at the end of the game with 10 seconds da left they had me lit up in green stating I would win as long as the team won. Well, a few seconds later they took off the rushing yards and left me with needing 2.5 yards left to win.
They had well o er that. The player for the rushing yards and then some.
I will never play this again! Period!!!!

Anybody who has been using this app will see the dramatic change in payouts over the last 5 to 7 days. You will hit Grand bonuses with your coins but you will never get the grand bonus. Not so subtle change. The frequency of bonus in every game has dramatically dropped and every payout has been cut drastically. Anybody that can prove they've actually won money in the last week send me proof and I will match it. After 8 days of Messaging back and forth, I would not use Hard rock bet .
My account was blocked because I attempted to delete old cards that had not been used in 2 or more years, due to me making bank account switch, I sent emails and sent old statements to prove they were my cards . Well that was a year ago.
I figured I'd give it a shot and try to switch from Ceasers rewards to Unity. And my family members who are dimond elete were planing on jumping ship to hard rock as. We had went to hard rock ac and match our player statues and started gambling at hard rock, and planned on using hard rock bet to earn rewards throughout Unity but after my 8 day experience and feeling as if I am signing up for a motgage. Every time I send them documents they ask for they ask for more. And you can not get ahold of a team member that can help you just a support team that send someone else the info. I have sent my debt cards 2 times my license 3 times and a selfie with my license aka real id. and now they want a bank statement and a utility bill, this has been 8 days and about 200 messages back and forth, Everytime I try and call they say use the chat but all the chat does is say sorry for the frustration someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours . This has been after 5 different times sending different things they asked for.

Needless to say Customer service is a 0 out of 5 and I do not feel comfortable enough gambling with hard rock in fear of them with holding money and not being able to receive a true answer or an actual person on a phone to communicate with.

My account was closed or restricted without notice after wins, and the support team didn’t explain clearly why. Being unable to access your account or funds is extremely frustrating for a betting app.

I wish I could give them a "0"rating. They close my account which had a balance for no good reason, they claim to have top notch customer service like 24/7 availability, live phone customer service and live chat, none of this is true. Only phone number provided is for gambling addiction help line. You will be redirected every time to email customer service which only will send an automated reply with a promise to reach out within 24 hours which will never materialize. I even attempted reaching the Seminole tribe gaming commission in Florida that were only able to transfer the call to an automated message that prompted me to once again reach out to hard rock bets customer service via email, yes the same email for the customer service that never reaches back to you. Please stay away from this people, I've exhausted every possible venue to no avail seems they can go about ripping anyone off without consequences. My next steps will be the Florida gaming comission and the better business bureau.

I have never downloaded or used HardRock Bet. But I play puzzle-type games on my phone and their ads are unavoidable.
Twice, now, months apart, I have gotten fraudulent transaction notices from my bank that they are trying to have a $25 withdrawal authorized from my debit card—card info I never provided!
I wish there was a way to report them to an Agency that could actually help!

They literally change the rules to keep you from winning anything at all. I had a good run with baseball/hockey for a while and they changed the betting to only "win" or "odds" but not both reducing your winnings. They are also good at letting you bet on a live game and holding back a score that works in their favor until you place your bet. I'd stay on for the fun if they weren't so cheap but not having any fun winning every once in a while is not a good way to treat your customers. I'm done.

I wish there was a no star! I gave them my money and of course the game glitched on my bonus! I reached out to let them know. Usually you'll win the first couple times on these apps and that's it. This one you don't win at all I didn't and I tried really high bets to really low ones. And then I referred a friend. Hard rock Michigan is horrible. My account was suspended because my mom who I referred to the site tried to login to her account from my phone. They immediately suspended both of our accounts. Hers was reinstated with no issue after a few days. I had to submit ID verification to get mine reinstated. Then u get an email saying it’s been reactivated but I can’t use the only device I have to login!! It takes minimum 2 days for them to even respond to an email only for it to be crap anyway! I told them to close my account since I can’t login to do it myself and I’m done with them. Horrible way to start off HARD ROCK!

This online casino will take, take, take your money. If you win, you only win a fraction of the money back you bet just to keep you going and betting more thinking your going to eventually get something or atleast your money back, but you never do.
