Hardrock Arvostelua

You will go thru hell to get your money and still haven’t got mine 2 weeks later. All I get is an automated message EVERY SINGLE TIME. No matter how many documents I send in .

One of the worst gambling experiences you will ever have. Stay clear folks. They are liars, thieves and have zero support. It's funny, they have literally homeless trash that is their "support" team...no joke. Clueless and completely lost. I made MULTIPLE bets that I won and they would pay me less. Their "reasons" would change from bet to bet..."dead heat" then it would go to "prove it", then it was, "are you a member?".. HILARIOUS liars.

Last of all, DO NOT BET THEIR FAKE SLOT MACHINES/Casino GAMES . They are fake over-seas trash. 100% scam.

Hope this helps and find another outlet! Take care!!

Signed up and made my first (small) deposit today just so I could check it out. Was immediately disappointed with the overall look (visual aesthetic) of the log in page.
The deposit bonus was 200 spins on Sweet Bonanza. As soon as I clicked on the game I got an error message. I tried playing a few other games and also got an error. Finally I was able to load a couple of games. Played the money I had and once again tried opening the bonus game. Still wouldn't load it. I at that time contacted their customer service. Was told to clear cache and reload but to no avail. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and those games still won't load. At this point I'm definitely not impressed.
But the kicker for me is that the 200 spins are doled out at 10 spins a day and expire in 24 hours! Needless to say they lost a customer just as quickly as they gained one! Glad I made the min deposit to check it out first! I won't make the same mistake twice!

Seems like a second time this happened to me same platform different game wagered over $30 and not one payout not even 10 cents went into another game thinking that maybe it was just that game wagered over another $2 and not one payout not 5 cents not 10 cents not anything at all I'm not understanding what's going on with this platform I enjoy Hard Rock I I'm in basically brought all my family friends over to Hard Rock like five people in a month time so that's maybe one person a week and I seems to be your platforms a little I guess maybe I don't know glitching I don't know what's going on but it should be at least one payout and there's none I understand that the games of random they randomly selected but there's no way that you spend over $30 and you get nothing supposed to be fair and regulated I feel that it that is unfair and not regulated whatsoever I've resetted my app I've cleared my cash I reset my phone I reset the app I uninstalled reinstalled did everything that was necessarily possible for this after work and it seems as if something going on maybe you guys can figure it out

No chance of winning anything . You get a bonus and it pays nothing. One of the worse casino sites i have played. Save your money and try a different one.

I would have to agree with some of the customers on winnings, with all the money spent playing, everyone whose played for a period of time should hit a jackpot even if its $200. You get nothing after your first good small win, thats how they get you, they let you win one decent play and after that Penny's.

I would rather play Betty casino. Pays out better. I've been playing hard rock casino for a couple day and it suck. Never win not even 1$ . Dnt waste your time or money.
You wanna win big play Betty. Hard rock free spins is a joke . 1 free spins . At least with Betty you get Betty money twice a day and you play with Betty money and actually win real money. -1 for my rating

Ok. Well. As per the tv commercial you declare fast "payouts". As well the customer # provided on your site is null and void. The chat is ridiculous.
Fast payouts. HAHA.
Still waiting. It's kinda bs
So...ya😡

Looking at the reviews people left here is exactly what I am experiencing. It did good as first time customer, then dropped like a hot potato. I placed wagers at $1.00 to $2.00 bets and up, and received payouts of .10 cents, .25 cents and then nothing at all for the duration of a $100.00 deposit. It is gone in 10 minutes, especially with no return at all! I have tried several games and not one of them was fair payout for your wager.

This is the worst best odds is the casino slots they take your money no wins keep pumping $100 I'm done with this app it's a rip off no bonus

Worst casino ever!!! Zero Winnings, just deposits. They don't even let you have some fun with a few Winnings. Simply betting $1 per spin you will lose like $1000 in 5 or 10 minutes because it's just straight losing. They don't have a heart to at least give customers some Winnings as well. To at least make the experience enjoyable. Hands down the worst Casino i have ever played online...
I have played online a lot of site and this was my absolute worst experience...

After having my account for over a year Now they want all kinds of personal information to keep my account They didn't send a guarantee with that demand that my PERSONAL information would be safe. They can stick their app up their wigwam

I have no idea why the reviews are this low. This online casino is very legit. They process even huge withdrawals extremely fast. No tactics no games. They just handle business. Just know your limits and you'll be perfectly fine. Give them a shot trust me. This online casino is absolutely awesome.

This app was good, payouts were fine, withdrawals were fast, than I made a request for a withdrawal, and all of a sudden my account is suspended and no one will answer my emails! Stay away from this casino! Unless you are ok with only giving your money and not getting your withdrawals. Horrible customer service! No contact number, everything done online. Nope! Just want my money and then account will be closed!

Stay Away !!! In the beginning when you open an account it is great after 6 months take the money and run . You go from winning thousands of dollars (Free Spins Like Crazy) You even get a Host who calls you to see how you are doing and when things are bad , he would credit your account a few hundred dollars here and there . Also I would get a couple hundred dollars free play once a week. Now that I've been a loyal customer and dumped thousands of dollars into it. Let's start with my host disappeared !! You can dump thousands of dollars into the slots and barely even win a hundred bucks back if you lucky !! My free play went from hundreds of dollars to $25 a week then to $10 a week then to NOTHING . Even though I was spending the same amount of money. But the kicker of it all is when you're betting $10 a spin and you get free spins you would always win $300 to $5,000. Now if you're lucky enough to even get the spins you are lucky if you even make your $10 back. For example, recently I got 48 free spins (Won $2.25) Then 64 free spins ( Won $11 ) . In the beginning it would have been thousands. So I called the Hard Rock to see what's going on and why things have changed so drastically. (They always say the same thing) The online slots are new. They're trying to make the algorithms right for everybody so everybody has a fair chance of winning. Also just to hang on things will get better. They're working drastically on it everyday to make the odds more fair. But the kicker of it again is they say everybody has their good days and bad days. It's just not you it's the way the slots roll. I just don't understand what they mean by that just the way the slots roll. There was three of us who opened up our accounts at the same time. We all did amazing in the beginning. Now we all are having the same issue. I can understand if it happened to one person but all three. What's going on here?. The last thing I don't understand is you cannot put money on the Hard Rock unless you have money in your account. If you try to deposit money on your account and you don't have the money it (DECLINES) it. Now for the last month or two I've been getting a call from a creditor from the Hard Rock Bet app saying one of your deposits you made 6 months ago never cleared and that I had to pay them the money that I owe them . I don't know if it's a new scam or what but everybody knows if you don't have your money in your account they would never let you use $1800 dollars on the Hard Rock Bets dime. So yeah you can say I'm really not Happy at all !! Be careful people !!

At sign up and played, I thought Hardrockbet was going to be one of the better casinos in the iGaming group, the game plays were great, the payouts were great, withdraws sorta fast, then a 180 reverse, deposit after deposits, after deposits until they retrieve back every amount of my withdraws and turned into a profit for their casino. checking their reviews, they have a very bad rep with US Player's and now they joined the iGaming group to make more billions off the Ontario Player's. I'm not going to say their scammer or it's rigged, I will leave it up to the Player's that didn't read the horrible reviews about this garbage site. I would not recommend this casino to anyone. They get 2 stars for smooth withdraws.

Worst casino/sports betting app. Stay away, foreign apps are better than this joke . Even the sports betting is horrible. Who the hell let this tribe rob Florida even more cause tampa is a joke too.

AtIeast I got first bonus game with $1 bet more than 200 spins since joining Hard rock bet, I pick 8 spins with 5x, 10x and 15x bonus game. After 8 Spins, It was shocking Zero win😂😂 believe it or not, ZERO😂 Right away I decided to close my account😭😭

Horrible. Lost 2k on online blackjack. Somehow dealers always have 20...save your money. Its so rigged...its not even funny.

Total crooks…..I have wagered and lost thousands over the past few months on different machines and varying denominations. Lost every time.
The RTP is nonexistent. Save your money.
