Hardrock Arvostelua

After years of playing on the hard rock bet, I've experienced the worst customer service. After I was playing for a while the game wolf it up again glitched and my bet went from.20 to $60 yes you read that right. And before I could stop it, I lost the on the spin. Then I changed it back to.20 cents a bet and hit spin and again it tried to change my bet to $60 but because I didn't have enough money that time it didn't allow me to play thankfully. So I explained all this to customer service and provided them with everything they asked for. And then tell me that I should uninstall the game and reinstall it and then clean out my cache. But they are not doing anything to reimburse me or credit me a thing. So I'm done with hard Rock bet and from the looks of it a lot of other people are experiencing the same thing

My first time at the Casino- huge place and a maze to get around. I attended an event last night there and was a bit late arriving. I literally asked 5 different staff members how to get to the location of the event. I landed at the front desk area and met Ramone (can't miss him and his hair) he was cordial and offered and did escort me to the meeting area - I think I would have never found it otherwise. I commend Ramone, promised I would leave feedback and here I did! Thank you, Ramone, for going above and beyond unlike your 5 other colleagues who pointed and or told me go down this hall or that hall..

I had a 9 leg bet, payout was 230$ 2 legs were voided .... not even the harder of the legs and the other 7 won, I got 50$ .... +4616. Was absolutely absurd. I'll never bet with this app ever again 👎🏼 should have at least gotten 150$ for the difficulty of it alone but yea these guys like cheating and scamming their users. I have screenshots too.

If there were a box that allowed negative stars I would have selected that. By far the biggest joke in customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have spent so many hours trying to resolve why they randomly suspended my account then all of the back and forth getting absolutely no where. I’ve sent all verification multiple times . They don’t care and frankly I feel like I’m being played with intentionally . I have had it with the games this horrible 3rd party company hired by hard rock to handle the hard rock bet is by far the most incapable I’ve ever had to deal with . At least I see I’m not the only one with the same issues . I’m going to push this to the top enough is enough. I deposited money they lock my account over 60 days ago with my money held hostage . Not going to put up with it any longer . I’m calling my bank to get my money back!!!! This 3rd party company should be out of business immediately and I hope it happens

scam. I bet and once i won and withdrew they immediately suspended me with no communication on the issue after providing them with the requested materials tk verify my identity. Its been 21 days and I doubt i will see my money if i dont take this to court.

HARD ROCK BET IS A SCAM AND IS 1000% RIGGED!! TRUST ME. ONLY PLAY THIS GARBAGE CASINO IF YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY! Let me put it this way.... it's called Past Motor Racing for a reason, and it's all set up to take your money. You may win a little when you first start, but then you will lose it really quick, every single time, on every single game.
My wife and I recently wanted to test how rigged it was, so we played their new roulette game. The first few spins we won, and we knew we would. But then we put money on every single option except 0 and 00. Guess what happened? The next FOUR spins were all either 0 or 00. Yes, you read that correctly. The odds of that happening at a casino are astronomical, maybe even impossible, but it happened. You know why? So they could take our money. Don't believe me? Go ahead and try for yourself. But don't complain when you lose every dollar you deposited. Hard Rock is the ghetto of casinos. They're straight up scumbags and thieves.

This casino is a thief.

Got a notification for my rewards for opting into the 4th of July sweepstakes.clicked the notification for the drop there was nothing there.i just want what i am owed

I have won i have lost.in boxing..but hardrock bet rulea on soccer is a scam a fraud.i bet Over. 2.5 meaning it will be 3 points no less .the game endes 3. 2..i was like got it ..i won.did not win.soccor reg.play is 90 min.after 90 minutes if its tied they do extra min..its not said that on hardrock bet..so i lost because the over 2.5 waa after 90 min.but the other apps still pay you as long its not penalties in wish i understand.so do to that im out

Just giving your money away you will never win big I’m done!

This has to be the worst app ever. I urge you not to put in any money. Odds are terrible, and stay far away from the slots. I have deposited almost every day for more than 2 months and not once have a gotten any thing. Biggest scam ever!!!

Customer support doesn’t even try to help, just uses AI prompts waits for a 2 minutes and disconnects. No rewards for loyal customers. Odds are worse than any other sportsbook. Can’t wait for a competitor in Florida. If you forget your password, you can never wager again. Bets are vague and misleading and they won’t cancel anything for you. They also take your money in matchups where players get hurt or rain delays happen. The worst customer service team and least friendly casino I have ever used. Zero stars.

This casino app is trash. Hardly any bonuses cant win a big amount but always losing a big amount. This app is the most trashiest app for slots ever. Im going back to bovada. This is garbage.

My future bets on my account disappeared. My bet history disappeared. After escalating this problem yesterday, no response today. Just filed a complaint with Florida Gaming Commission

I am locked out of account. 4 Agents and 1 email technician, they blow me off. Their password reset does not work. So! They have my winnings and whole account, while I have no access. ???

Hard Rock and any other sports betting app are full of scams and im tired of it...All bets should be available at any time and not locked off, locking bets gives a sign that they are cooking the books, pieces of shit companies smh!

The deposit and withdrawals part of it for me works really well, but I noticed that there are some features in the games that are rigged up and no matter how much you try you will not win the grand prize. The system won’t let you for example when playing the Oink,Oink,Oink game, when you finally pop the red pig to where you have to match three of the same prize amount such as Grand, major, minor and mini and I notice every time I’ll match two any amount such as Grand, major, minor but mini I won’t match right away, I’ll click on the boxes and the bigger amounts will usually reveal before I start clicking on boxes that reveal mini, I have a situation most of the time to where I’ll reveal two Grand boxes along side two minor or major boxes and as soon as two grand boxes are revealed then it’s almost all the unrevealed boxes themselves are programmed to all become mini boxes so no matter what you click on you’ll end up revealing a mini box and this has happened to me every time without fail, I had only one time and one time only that I revealed three minor boxes.

I won a 50 dollar casino bonus on one of my daily spins then the app glitched and kicked me out. I contacted them to let them know and because I didn’t take a screenshot they said that my spin landed on 2 free spins which was an absolute lie. Who thinks to just randomly take a screenshot of something? They are A holes

It’s a scam doesn’t pay well

OMG!! These are the biggest scam artists that exist I'M SURE!!! Anytime I interact
with these S.O.B.'s I think of the movie: THE BEEKEEPER; that's exactly why that man went in those call centers.....you know the rest... I literally hate these b's
