Harbour Assist Arvostelua 

We have been using Harbour Assist since May 2026 and, honestly, we have been really impressed with the support we have received.

From the start, everyone has been approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. There is quite a lot to get your head around when you first start using the system, and we are still learning, but we have always been able to ask questions and get help when we need it.

The follow up calls with Oli have been especially useful. It is good to have someone actually check in with us, talk through how things are going and help us with anything we are unsure about. It has made the whole process of getting up and running much easier.

We are still finding our way around some of the features and probably have plenty more to learn, but so far we really cannot fault the support from the Harbour Assist team.

It is reassuring to know there is someone there when you need help, rather than just being given a system and left to work it out yourself.

Thanks to everyone at Harbour Assist, and especially Oli, for all the help so far. We would definitely recommend them.

HA support is ery good, fast and very helpful. God that they telephone with help so an answer is given straight away. I will continue to ask them for help whenever needed as they explain clearly and always check to ensure all was fixed etc

This is great piece of software that is invaluable to the marina. The support team are very helpful and a pleasure to work with too!
