Happy Yoga Arvostelua 

I met Paula at a recent networking event I was at. I’ve never experienced laughing yoga before, but joined in and really enjoyed it. It created a positive mood all around and I left the meeting energised. I'd certainly recommend.

Paula ran a fantastic laughter yoga session at our third sector conference recently - all those who took part had a great time and it was a highlight of the day.

Paula delivered a tester session of Laughter Yoga for the attendees of a Third Sector Conference in Llandudno. It was very welcomed break from the sitting and listening to speakers and presenters all morning. Paula is very professional, accommodating and made the session really fun.

I attended one of Paula's Laughter Yoga workshops, which was absolutely amazing. I was dubious but wanted to give it a go. I felt a little silly in the beginning but Paula is such a brilliant instructor she made me feel totally at ease and very soon I was laughing my head off. I left feeling relaxed, uplifted and super happy. I would recommend that everyone try one of Paula's sessions, especially CEO's of companies that want the best work ethic from their employees.

I recently did some laughter yoga with Paula and she was amazing. So warm and bubbly and knows her stuff. Although it was a short session I came away feeling fabulous.

We booked Paula for my running clubs training weekend in North Wales. She was easy to book and delivered a fantastic tailored session for runners. Lovely person and great yoga teacher! Highly recommend.

I had a taster session of the Laughter Yoga at a networking event and although you feel a bit hesitant at first when you're around people you don't know it completely works at relaxing you and creates a positive, happy mood! Highly recommend it to boost mental wellbeing!

Great variety of classes to suit all ages and problems

Paula is a veritable ray of sunshine, with the ability to turn any dreary day into a fun one. I was a little apprehensive doing laughter yoga being rather self-conscious, but thanks to the relaxed and welcoming environment, i was able to open my mind and launch myself into it. A very freeing experience, which i thoroughly recommend.

I Recently went to a local event where Paula took centre stage partway through the day to deliver her laughter yoga session to attendees.
Me being one of life’s grumpiest people I really wasn’t sure what to expect, but wow was I impressed.
Her smile and the session she delivered lit up the whole event, and those who weren’t already up on their feet directly taking part, were joining in all over the conference hall at their tables, just brilliant.
The session was not only Very inspiring, but uplifting and just so very jolly! It even brought a smile on from my miserable face too, which says a lot!!!
Everyone in the room seemed to be more energised, and ready to go for the rest of the conference.
I would highly recommend Paula’s laughter yoga for all ages and abilities! I’m sure it would be a great motivation and wellbeing session for a team building event, or indeed most anything thanks Paula you’ve really changed my mindset!

Yoga Laughter is fun. Whether you are with friends or on your own you’ll soon feel part of a group, laughing and having fun together. Paula is an excellent teacher talking you through the fun exercises, games and giving lots of useful info and tips on the way.

I recently attended one of Paula's events Yoga, Art & Animals. As a mum I don't usually have much time for myself, but finally I decided I have to try to relax and do something just for me. This session was just what I needed. Paula was fantastic, very friendly yoga coach. I don't do very extreme exercises because of my back pain but Paula's yoga session made me feel very relaxed, happy and I felt no pain at all! I am looking forward to more events like this. This was my first class of the day at FitJam 2023 at Alton Towers on the sunday morning. What a fun and relaxing class this is. Think all work places should start their day with this, am sure they would have a more productive workforce starting the day off so relaxed. Hoping to this class again, be lovely to see this at FitJam Sheffield in October

Tried Laughter yoga for the first time at a local event over the weekend, what can I say except fantastic!! Paula is an amazing instructor, full of energy, positivity, what a fun way to have a little workout followed by a relaxing chill out at the end, so much fun thank you, even my partner and 11 year old throughly enjoyed themselves. Will definitely be returning thank you 😀

I was lucky enough to attend a laughter yoga session run by Paula today. I'd never tried it before and didn't know what to expect but Paula was a fantastic instructor! Her enthusiasm was certainly contagious. She lead us through a variety of exercises and breathing techniques and it was fun and quite exhilarating. I was amazed how relaxed I felt afterwards. I recommend anyone to give this a go

The class was great fun. Paula was full of energy and very friendly.

Paula came out last week and did a session with our girl guide and ranger unit. She was extremely professional throughout and also extremely parient with the girls. THe girls had a fabulous time, and a bonus it earned them some time towards badges. Us leaders also left the building after the session extremely calm and relaxed. Would highly recommend Happy Yoga Wales to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much

I have had an amazing journey with Paula’s 121 programme. I feel that I am being my true self for the first time in a long time. I am more confident and my self esteem has improved tenfold. I was able to be completely honest with Paula and she has been amazing in helping me through this. I am also now being honest with myself and not sweating the small stuff. The yoga sessions are now part of my life. I would totally recommend this programme to everyone.

Paula is an amazing instructor who really knows her stuff. She is also super friendly and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease immediately. Would highly recommend everyone try her sessions.
