I had a wonderful experience with Heather from Happy Thread’s customer service team. I purchased a scrub that turned out to be a bit too big, and Heather was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She quickly arranged for a replacement and made everything smooth and stress-free. Her support was prompt, friendly, and truly outstanding. Thank you, Heather, for the excellent service!
