Medioker produkt och halvdan kundtjänst

Efter att jag beställt och produkten (pro over ear-varianten) kommit som förväntat, hade jag en del kvalitetsproblem. Rösten som berättar "On", "Off", "Connected", "ANC On", "Low Battery" osv är så högljudd att jag måste komma ihåg att ta av mig hörlurarna innan jag trycker på ANC-knappen eller stänger av hörlurarna för att inte skada hörseln. Om jag ansluter hörlurarna till min dator går det inte att justera volumen på datorn, utan endast via knapparna på hörlurarna, och då bara i steg om typ 6½ per knapptryck.
Lurarna känns också lite plastiga, väldigt styva, och bågen knäcktes efter bara någon vecka när jag skulle sätta på mig lurarna. Respons från kundtjänst var underlig och svårtolkad (De skrev någonting om att de behövde diskutera ärendet med 'creative department', sedan fick jag en kopia på samma meddelande dagen efter, och sedan total tystnad förutom de regelbundna förfrågningarna om jag vill recencera produkten). Det krävdes en del tjat, både på e-post och facebook, och att jag föreslog dem att bara returnera min betalning istället, för att någonting skulle hända. Jag anmälde felet, med bilder och all nödvändig information, den 25:e februari, och ett par ersättningslurar landade i en paketbox på andra sidan stan först 13:e mars. De nya lurarna har samma kvalitetsproblem som de första.

Det ska sägas att de här hörlurarna har väldigt bra aktiv brusreducering, bättre än någonting jag provad med andra hörlurar, men det är det enda de gör bra, och för min del vägs det inte upp av nackdelarna, och kundtjänst var inte tillräckligt förtroendeingivande för att jag ska vilja handla av det här företaget igen.

EDIT: Återförsäljaren hävdar i sitt svar på den här recensionen att jag köpte hörlurarna genom en tredje part, och att det komplicerade saker för kundtjänst. Det stämmer inte, jag köpte hörlurarna direkt genom HappyPlugs hemsida.

For this reason, we were unfortunately unable to process a replacement directly.

That said, we truly appreciate you bringing your concerns about the volume prompts and computer volume control to our attention. Feedback like yours is valuable and helps us improve our products and user experience moving forward.

Big Disappointment

I had high hopes for the Happy Plugs Pro, but unfortunately, the product fell far short of expectations in several key areas.
Sound Quality — Underwhelming
For a product positioned as a premium pair of wireless earbuds, the sound simply isn’t great. The audio lacks richness and clarity, and the overall listening experience feels flat compared to other options in a similar price range.
Build Quality — Poor Materials
One of the biggest issues is the overall build quality. The materials feel cheap from the start, and that impression was quickly confirmed. The joint connecting the two earbuds is made of plastic, and in my case, it split after only a few weeks of normal use. For a product meant to be used daily, this level of durability is unacceptable.
Warranty Experience — Extremely Disappointing
After the headphones broke, I raised a warranty claim with both Selfridges (the retailer) and Happy Plugs themselves.
Both reviewed the claim and rejected it, which was very frustrating considering the failure was clearly due to poor material quality rather than misuse. The lack of support from both the manufacturer and retailer only added to the negative experience.
Overall
In short, I would not recommend the Happy Plugs Pro. Between the mediocre sound, flimsy construction, and disappointing warranty service, the product does not offer good value for money.

One problem, some waiting and a great solution!

Remarkable warranty policy

I have experienced some issues with my earphones I bought a year ago. I did not have the order number because somehow my e-mail confirmation was gone. I went to Happy Plug's customer service and they litteraly fixed the isue the next day by findig my order's details and by sending me a new pair of earphones. Special thanks to Erika who was so kind and helpful. Deffinitely recommend being their customer because I felt heard and important to them.

Really good support

I just bought them but microphone is weak

I just bought them. Listening to music is great but speaking to anybody using them is a nightmare. The microphone seems to be weak and unclear so nobody can hear you while you are on a call. I have to remove them if I want to place a phone call

Low sound quality

Low sound quality, low reliability in charging/retaining charge for limited (changing) amount of time. Feel very cheap, disappointing.

Very nice customer service

Erika in Customer Care delivered fine support, I am very satisfied. Unfortunately the Happy Plugs were defective, only 3 months after buing them (from another seller). But Erika did a great job trying to help me, thank you for that.

Great service

Contacted Happy Plugs for a friend that had a connection problem with ear-buds.
Erika did everything to help. After trying everything I discovered that my friend had left them fully discharged in a drawer for 4 years.
This meant that the battery was probably degraded and long out of warranty.
Erika still wanted to help so provided a discount voucher against any other of their products.
So thank you Erika, great customer service.

bad customer service no refund order didnt arrive

i ordered march 27 2025 i haven't gotten my package they say it got lost it happens but now for the past 10 days i have been trying to get a refund i havent gotten a reaction in 8 days i feel like im getting scammed my order was about 65 euro for the company that might be a fraction of what they make but for me its a lot of money the customer service was good up to the point of my request for a refund. i wont be ordering here again

After a few months earbuds would not hold a charge, reached out to customer service and was told that since it was bought at a retailer they would not honor warranty.
