The play pen broke as we were putting it together. The stitching was coming apart, the playpen was flimsy and wobbly, and it basically was $220 that barely lasted a week. I didn't do the research I should have before buying - otherwise I would have seen all the warnings. Check out the BBB website. MORE OR LESS A SCAM DONT GIVE IT A CHANCE

Waiting over a month (ordered 12/29, received 1/30, with notice the rest only just cleared customs yesterday) for what appears to be quite the cheaply manufactured “6in1” to then only receive pieces dropped in a cardboard box (you can’t gift something in a F cardboard box people. Where is the box the item was in at???) with zero assembly assistance is preposterous and an absolute no for me.
Buy local. That’s my best suggestion or simply be as patient (or more) than Job.

My toddler has become increasingly active and curious of course. The playpen from Happy Gira nicely fences her in but just like a little monkey she loves to shake her cage a lot. A corner spool came off and I requested a replacement from Happy Gira. Response was speedy and spool is getting replaced, and they're not only giving one but four. That's a win. I hope it gets here fast, then I can give them 6 stars🤩

I had a frustrating experience with HappyGira’s customer service. I requested an exchange for a smaller playpen size, but was told they only accept returns if the item is damaged. To make matters worse, they refused to provide a return label and asked me to ship it back at my own expense to Singapore. So much hassle for a new mom who’s already juggling so much, and trying to make sense of the vague and roundabout emails from their customer service manager, Lila. While their tone was polite, the lack of clear, practical support and rigid policies made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. I really hope they improve their return and exchange policies.

They have a really great quality product that lasts. I was able to actually make TWO play pens out of one by buying a bigger size (100x100). Love it!

I purchased the 2XL Instant Setup Portable playpen for our granddaughter. The product picture shows a carrying case, part of the “portability” feature, however it was not included when we opened the box with the playpen. I contacted customer service, and they did respond quickly – asked me to leave product reviews, send screenshots and then they would send the case. Disappointing after already waiting a month for the playpen to be delivered.
Even though that response was a bit off-putting, I am always happy to leave a review. As someone who reads them diligently in my product research, I always appreciate helpful and thorough reviews.
The playpen is very nice quality; it is certainly easy to put up and take down. The fabric-covered support frame edges are durable, while still being soft – a nice safety feature. The see-through mesh and zippered access door make it easy to see in and out. The 60x70 inch size was large enough for 3 adults to sit in while our granddaughter played on her activity mat. I purchased the optional pull ring set, and she loves those as well – they are also sturdy and thoughtfully designed.
Overall, I would highly recommend this playpen. I just hope the company gets clear on whether they include the travel case, and if not, provide an option to purchase. (It’s not even listed as an optional accessory.)

This company is a scam. The product arrived in a broken box. The company first asked me to take a video when I open the box as according to them this will allow them to determine where the box was broken. This clearly does not make sense. I have replied asking explanations but I did not get any reply. The product also took a very long time to arrive.

Issue was revolved quick and the product we love for our kids, highly recommend.

Tried to cancel my order one day after it was placed. NO answer from support. Support emailed me back 3 days later and said order shipped.

I would rate them a zero.. not even a one. I'm sure they want ever refund my money. Its sad we have businesses/scams like this today.

We love our Happy Gira playpen. It is great quality and easy to set up. We bought the 4xl size so it is large enough for lots of toys and plenty of room for My grandson and an occasional adult to play. The mat is very thick and cushioned and reversible with 2 different designs. I would recommend to anyone needing a defined and safe playspace.

Would rate a zero if I could. It took weeks to receive. When it arrived, it was just a box with a bunch of parts thrown into it. It would cost as much to return it as I paid for it. Site is a scam. Do not recommend.

We’re very happy with our play pen. It looks great. It’s also easy to resize if we need to travel to visit family.

The company is a complete scam. They sent our item with two bent metal support bars. I took a picture and sent it to them. They require that you take a video while you are unboxing the item but I had already put it together and of course didn’t know that. They are being really shady and not wanting to send new replacements and trying to blame it on me.
They said that if I give them a positive review they will send me the replacements. That I have to write the review, take a screenshot and then they will help me. So corrupt!!

I purchased the happygira playpen for the 1st baby and it was perfect to keep all the toys and the baby safe
Very sturdy and customer service is very efficient
And now we are using it for the second kid
We are super happy

I am having a terrible experience. I purchased a playpen. Admittedly I was at the end of my rope. This was for my small pup who had a major stroke. Dog crates caused him anxiety but a large playpen area with mesh walls seemed a perfect way he could stay safely in his favorite room and not get stuck under furniture or bang his head against a crate. Within the week I ordered it he died. I canceled the order and provided the number, it came and I was charged. Despite 8 weeks of emails I cannot return it or get a refund or a response. It causes me emotional distress to see it and not reach anyone to help me even though they advertise returns.

Great customer service and help when needed!

We purchased an 80x70 Instant setup Portable Playpen to use while our family was here for the holidays. Our 10-month old grandson loved it! We wanted something big enough (and sturdy enough) that adults could be with him in the playpen. It was spacious and comfortable, while providing a safe place for play. We would definitely recommend it!

Poor quality and design. Made in China without any customer support. Fraud~ Can we ban this brand and website in States ? They are cheating customer in doing their business.

Shipping took a while and the play pen did not come with a case as advertised in the photos, but customer service was helpful when it came to the case. The play pen is very easy to set up, making using and storing it very convenient and practical. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and will use it regularly.

Customer service is horrible. I placed an order 12/11. They reached out to me 12/15 to let me know the playpen I ordered was out of stock. I chose another and Anna would not refund the difference until it was delivered? And now won’t reply to emails while I’m waiting on rest of order that was for Christmas it’s 12/30 :)
