I have been at customer Happy Family Pharmacy since 1999. I live in the eastern
US. All medication I have ever taken from them has been 100% safe and authentic because my bloodwork verifies this. I take a lot of medication daily and 90% of my medication come from Happy Family Pharmacy. There were times I have had delays but this had everything to do with customs being behind on both sides especially the US side in NY. The government has cut back the workforce for the USPS and this has caused major delays at customs processing centers. This has caused serious delays. I have waited a week and a half just to get Into the US. This is not the pharmacy’s fault. I have never had any credit card issues with scams or asked to use big coins. I don’t even know what they are. I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. There were times the scripts were lost in customs and the Pharmacy sent new ones right out. 5*s for me

I have used Happy Family once before , 3 or 4 years ago for viagra and I was not satisfied but I thought I would give them another try. I based my order on a 125 mg viagra that was sold from Great Britain and it was effective . I place the HFS order in August of 2025 for 130 mg . To my dismay the 130 mg from HFS was not as effective . I called HFS support and was told they could do nothing . They sell ineffective medications and will not stand by their products , they will not be having me as a customer any longer.

Ive used them in the past and not had an issue. This time I was sent wrong medication and they will not make it right, so Im left with reversing charges on my CC.

The medicine I asked for this store is completely fake and I have been sent to a false company medicine from India I recommend every person that do not take any medicine from this store, it is the waste of money to take medicines from here

Has anyone ordered ivermectin from them?Is it legit if you did?

This is my first order from HFS. No prescription was required and they did not verify identity. The pills were sent to me from India. They provided tracking. It took a little longer than 3 weeks to receive my pills but I was able to check the tracking and see where the order is. Finally received my pills and they were accurate.
I will be placing a refill order from them soon.

I ordered from them for the first time in August, and every thing went very smoothly, from the customer service to tracking of the product. I took one of the Zithromax pills I ordered to Walgreens for a pharmacy to check, he opened it up ( he liked that it was sealed) and said he really wanted to see numbers on the pill but that was okay ) after examining it with some type of lens he said he believes it’s safe .

With some proper research after reading some quite terrible reviews, I can say that yes, the transaction was smooth, I had a call to confirm my order, email updates from DHL like any other company and within 2 weeks I have my product. Very happy thank you!

Ordered from them several times. You do need to accept their call to confirm the order. Medication is not brand name as they imply. However, it seems to be just as effective. No pill imprints like you would get from a domestic pharmacy. So it’s obviously a generic Indian version, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t contain what they say it does. This is normal with non-US drugs. Always have received the order and quality seems like the same I’d get from a domestic pharmaceutical company. But cannot confirm based on scientific testing. Overall they seem like they are providing legitimate meds at reasonable prices.

I have ordered several times from this company and received my orders in a timely fashion each time. It is the same drug that we have here in U.S. Polite and professional customer service reps. I don't understand the negative reviews. Of course, it could be the negative reviews are coming from the pharmas because they don't want the competition. Just mho.

I've ordered from them a few times, maybe 3 or 4 and I never had an issue...shipping took awhile even with the 30$ EMS but product arrived in great condition and quality was just the same as US

I am very concerned about ordering from this company. They are shipping from India, not Canada. Most alarming is that they change their name every few months so that the reviews, mostly negative cannot be located. Their orders say their content is copyrighted by happyfamilystore.com but that website does not exist. They register under a series of similar names, happy family store rx, happy family pharmacy so that nobody can be certain. Google their phone number and you will see numerous sites using the same number, all in India. All with fake reviews listed on their website. I will update this review if I receive my medication. I paid the enormous amount of 30USD for tracking. Anyone who orders anything from India without a tracking number can be sure they will never ever see their product delivered. Even legitimate indian sites.
If it does not arrive I will complain to visa directly. It is clear that this company used to use paypal to get payments but paypal has tightened their restrictions for scams/medication, and I see theses happy family sites have no pay pal option now. It's all very suspicious. I have not yet found out if they have screwed me even though I paid for tracking. I will update my review to reflect that. Please report them to your credit card company if you have this experience. Taking away their credit card rights is the only way to stop them.

Order never arrived. Said that they would refund my money. Six months later, 10 emails and still nothing. Avoid like the plage.
