Happy Ears Arvostelua 

I’m a side sleeper and the happy ears falls out quickly. Would not recommend. Alpine sleeping earbuds are better!

Bought earplugs for the third time. Small size fits well for small ears. Normally earplugs hurt my ears because theyre too big, these are the right size.

Terrible. Bought the discovery pack, none of the 3 sizes fit, all feel uncomfortable, no less noise reduction than normal silicone ear plugs . I feel like I've been scammed.

Large passade perfekt! Mellan gick till lillebror! Flickvännen fick de små! Storebror hade för stora örongångar så fick både hans stora. Win/Win (typ)! Snabb leverans och mycket nöjd med produkt!

No noise reduction at all. Zero help given by customer services. Wanted to seek their advice but they have not given anything useful in their response. You can only get a refund if you buy a more expensive pack of 3 and therefore waste 2/3 that don’t fit, making their environmental ethos a joke.
I feel trading standards should be made aware as they are selling a product that does not work and refusing to refund.
Great marketing, terrible product and customer service. Don’t buy.

I really like the Happy Ears ear plugs. They work great, fit very comfortably and are quite discrete. However, I think it is a shame they are only produced with 25 dB reduction. I would love editions with both more and less reduction for different settings - for example, if you go to a loud restaurant or bar, I think 15 dB reduction would be perfect. I hope that the company will look into the possibilities for developing other reduction levels in the future.

These earplugs are worth persevering with. I use them for sleep & like everything that fits in a unique way to the person using it, they do take a bit of getting used to. The information online from the company states the earplugs take about 2 weeks to soften up & I have found this to be true. Also - it’s worth trying to fit them in at a few different angles to see how they fit you best - & don’t push in too hard or too far - you don’t need to. When they fit well you don’t need to force them & I had no discomfort overnight. Having tried the discovery pack first, settled on medium, & have since ordered the recycled & ocean plastic versions too & all seem a good fit for me. But not immediately. Some trial and error was definitely involved but now I know how they work effectively for me it will feel good not to buy the disposable ones anymore.

So I’ve been using your earplugs regularly for months now, and I am about to stop, here is why :

- Even the smallest size get out of my ears during the night. When it does, it wakes me up (I’ve used the medium and small size).

- Then I have to look for it in my bed, pretty annoying.

- I think prolonged use unbalances the pressure in the inner ear. As my ears are vibrating now.

- In addition, after EACH use, I find myself with my ears oozing earwax (other proof for it altering the inner hear balance).

- Oh and it took me months to understand how to position it properly in the ear. The « Tutorial » is really poorly drawn and explained although it’s an essential point.

So I am sorry, but your product needs technical improvement, and I’m afraid it might be BAD for ears.

Incredible. So much hype and then I can't get them to work - and I really tried hard. These earplugs are dangerous too. Had to use tweezers to get them out of my ear again. Will stick with my oropax, way cheaper and at least effective.

Uncomfortable earplugs for too much money! I ordered the trial pack to try out the size. Unfortunately, they all hurt more or less and offer little or poor hearing protection. Good marketing, unfortunately bad product.

It is a scam. I bought a couple of plugs for my girlfriend. First of all, the marketing is slick and looks very high-end. But when I got the product in the mail they seemed cheap and nothing like the quality I expected.

She still gave them a go, of course. She used them and said they were less useful than other cheaper ones from the pharmacy. Wouldn't stay in place when sleeping and the db levels were lower than others she had.

After some days they ask for a review. I write a negative review (no offensive language or anything), and they reply that the content has been "moderated" because "it did not meet their corporate guidelines". What the? I go check the reviews on their site. Turns out all bad reviews are just people saying it didn't fit, and they always respond that they should've bought the Discovery Pack (which is also refundable). Funny--no mention of actual bad experiences with the quality of the product.

So, I decide to write another review, with much less content but still negative; again, no offensive stuff or saying it's a scam whatsoever. Of course, it gets rejected again for the same reason.

So yeah, it's a scam. Should've known as they were advertised via Google, otherwise wouldn't have even appeared on my search. If you must buy, do the Discovery Pack which is refundable. But to be honest, do yourself a favor and buy from brands with actual quality instead of just marketing and shady business models.

I am astonished by the bad reviews. No, no one is paying me. No, I don't work for them. I think people should be more careful with the reviews. You are talking about a company, and not just a scam, and bad reviews damage their reputation a lot. I bought the discovery set. And I had to try all sizes and move them in and out to find the perfect fit. I am a frequent user of earplugs, and I can tell you that the level of comfort and insulation is the same or even better than the Alpine earplugs of silicone ones like sleepdreamz. I can understand that these earplugs can not work for some people, but since the company gives a refund, I can't see the point of advising against buying them. They worked for me and for many other people. Just let people try. They are not cheap, but it's worth the try. They are incredibly comfortable for me and to other people.

I was so surprised to come on here and read all the bad reviews!! My happy ears are AMAZING. I live in a party area and it gets really loud so I sleep with my happy ears and don’t hear a thing. What I can imagine is that people either have the wrong size (make sure to buy the discovery pack at first so that you can try them all out - size really matters!!). I’m a 5,4 ft petite woman and the small was too small for me (I could still hear everything) so I use medium. Secondly maybe people aren’t putting them in properly? It takes a bit until I have them in the right spot but once I do I literally can’t hear anything anymore.

So yeah - I would 100% recommend (which I have done to so many of my friends).

I read the reviews and got myself some. I soooo wanted them to be good but alas no. Not only the most expensive earplugs I've ever purchased but also the least effective and not very comfortable. The search continues.

These plugs are extremely hard to remove from the ears. This morning I couldn't grab and remove one, so I had to go to the emergency room to have it removed from the ear. I'll never touch them again.

Great earplugs - gave my father a pair and they work fantastic!

No complaints anymore when I am playing "loud" music and he can take his "well earned naps" without being disturbed.

Recommendable to anyone dealing with these issues listed above!

Even though the ear plugs didn't work for me but I am still glad to say that their customer service is fantastic. And the company kept their words "money guarantee". After I contacted them, one day later I got my money back.

Are the good reviews about Happy Ears a joke?
To be true, this is the worst (and most expensive) earplugs of all the earplugs I have tried. I bought the Discovery Pack but will send them back tomorrow.
