Happy Ears Arvostelua

What an excellent experience!
Although the ear plugs did not work for my application, when I requested a potential return I was replied to on the same day and after a confirmation response from my side was issued a full refund.
Highly recommended online experience with zero risk and guaranteed satisfaction.

I've been using these plugs for several years. My ear canals are different size so it's great they come in 3 different sizes. Comfy and long lasting. A pair lasts a long time, I buy a new batch once a year or so. Can't sleep without them. Fast delivery too. For new users: it takes a bit for your ear to get used to them but once it does, you're happy out.

This is a truly wonderfully ethical company with tremendous customer service. First of all, they are a B Corp, which means they meet very high certification standards for ethical and sustainable environmental labor, and business practices. This deserves celebrating, and I for one am happy to pay just a little more for an ethically produced product.

In addition, the product is truly excellent. Finally, they recognize that nothing is one size fits all. I ordered a mixed pack of all three sizes to get my fit, and unfortunately, none fit me, but when I emaile customer service, they not only immediately refunded my entire purchase cost, they also said "no need to return them, just give them to someone that can use them." Fortunately, one of the sizes is an excellent fit for my wife, and she says they are the only earpligs she's ever find that are comfortable enough for her to use while side sleeping. Usually, she can't tolerate ANY earplugs while awake, much less while sleeping.

So we WILL be ordering more. It's a really nice surprise to do business with a company that cares about people more than profits. Bravo!

Fabulous products and amazing customer service to go with!

I've tried a few different types of earplugs for sleeping, and Happy Ears are by far the best. They're comfortable, last a long time, and block virtually all sound. Best I've found and I use them nightly.

The best earplugs! Great product that lasts for ages without signs of wear. Customer service is second to none, would 100000% recommend

VERY GREAT PRODUCT! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND. LOVE IT

Very happy with Happy Ears! The earplugs are comfortable to wear, fit well, and reliably reduce unwanted noise. Highly recommended – five stars!

Great product and great customer service. A very long time customer, can only recommend

Bought the bundle of 3 to find the right size and not a single one did anything to reduce the noise around me. I tried putting them in on different angles and twisting and turning them but nothing worked. Better off using the foam ones. Also took them 2 weeks to deliver even though it was delivering from the same city that I live in, and once they arrived the earplugs were just loose in a plastic bag.

Absolutely pointless. Bought a set of three. They do not block any noise. Very upsetting.

My boyfriend snores. These earplugs are the only ones that allow me to sleep next to him. Thank you!!!

I love my Happy Ears earplugs, so I ordered a second pair online - needed them for work travel. I have small ears and normal earplugs hurt - this brand are the first I've found that don't hurt.
Unfortunately my order fell through the cracks and I wasn't going to receive it in time, so I cancelled the order and Happy Ears refunded me.
To my surprise, a pair of complimentary earplugs arrived in the mail a couple weeks later. A fantastic brand experience - thanks Happy Ears team!

I have been using the plugs for a couple of weeks now and I'm rly enjoying them, took a little time to get used to but now I can't sleep without them, highly recommend!

I have been using Happy Ears for over 5 yrs. This is the only earplugs that feel comfortable. The design just fits perfectly and is very comfortable when you sleep, you don’t feel them at all. I cannot recommend highly enough. First class product, first class customer service.

Made an error when ordering and ordered 3 sets instead of 1. Customer service we really good at refunding the extras, despite the order already being processed they said to keep them or give them to others to try. No complaints there. But found earplugs uncomfortable to wear (as a side sleeper) despite trying different sizes. Not for me.

I’ve been a Happy Ears customer for years and just ordered some more pairs! I’ve tried other brands before (including some very popular ones that start with an “L”) and nothing compares to Happy Ears! I ordered my usual size in my recent order but something felt “off” about them, but I chatted with their team via email and they’d suggested to try them a little longer to see if they adjusted. They ended up being wrong for me, and the team was quick to send me out a new Discovery Pack to ensure I could get my correct sizes (turns out one ear likes large, the other likes medium!) and they let me gift the other pairs I originally ordered instead of the hassle to send them back. So my family is quite happy to utilize those pairs on their upcoming flight to London! They’ll be Happy Ears customers after this too! :)

Really good earplugs -- like you don't realize how good earplugs can be until you try these. And straightforward, easy and helpful customer service. Quick responses. Would buy from them again!

Not great….

Enligt mig de bästa öronpropparna, som är otroligt bekväma och funkar till allt från att dämpa ljud vid flyg och konserter, till att simma med. Flexibel och väldigt hjälpsam grundare - kan varmt rekommendera deras produkter!
