Regarding flexibility on price, this usually means that we will do our best to review the quote where possible, but it does not always mean that every requested price can be accepted, especially if the job involves more waste, weight, or loading time than expected.

We are also very sorry to hear that the van did not have sufficient space to complete the collection as expected. This is something we would normally do our best to resolve, as if the rubbish turns out to be more than initially stated, we can usually arrange a second trip or send another team and vehicle to complete the job.
