HandyBuddy connected me with a great installer for my trampoline. I had to change providers at one point due to scheduling conflict and it was pretty easy. The only negative is I couldn’t log onto their website to see any of my job details or reschedule, even after multiple attempts to reset my password.

He did an excellent job installing a very complicated Murphy bed. He was very conscientious, detailed and was a pleasure to work with. I will be hiring him again for future jobs.

We had a great experience with the team that put together our gazebo that we purchased from Costco. You could tell they were very knowledgeable and experienced, and paid attention to detail. We are very pleased with the work they did and highly recommend their services.

Professional scam artists. They hired us 3 people and the first one was hours late, the second one never showed up, and the 3rd one was out of state. Do not do business with these people.

This company does not stand by its 100% guarantee. I hired one of their contractors to assemble a small garden shed. I had mentioned to the contractor that the base for my previous shed was damaged and he said that he would determine if I need it and this would be an additional charge.
The contractor arrived at my house with his assistant and they went about their business of assembling the shed. Once this was completed, the owner contractor knocked on my door and told me to come take a look. He pointed out that he could bot assemble the shed satisfactorily because it needed a base and he did not have the imagination to ask me if I was prepared to pay extra and get a proper assembly done. I could see that the doors were not aligned properly, but I took his word that it would not be a problem going forward. Within a couple of days of completing the assembly, the shed doors kept blowing open and the sliding locks were ineffective because of the alignment problem.
I contacted both Handy Buddy and the contractor and they both were uncooperative and HB would not go out of their way to honor their 100% satisfaction. I managed to get a portion of the charge refunded by PayPal, however, the assembly was a waste of money and time and I will now have to get somebody else to get this done properly.
I will never trust Handy Buddy with another project ever again as they are not honorable or approachable once they have your payment.
