The tool works really well at cutting supports off 3-D printed models. I haven’t used it for too many other things yet.

The product is quite decent but it took so long for it to finally arrive after pledging, like it seemed to take almost the whole year ..

I placed an order for a C1 Cutter about a month ago and when I expressed concerns about shipping delays in their Support chat, Hanboost responded quickly and politely. They informed me when my cutter finally shipped and it arrived today!

Din pacate nu am primit coletul si nici informatii referitoare la acesta. Ma intreb daca nu cumva am fost inselata. Astept de 3 saptamani coletul.
Nu am o parere buna clar.

Jeg bestilte en julegave den 8. december. Dagen efter fik jeg mail om, at den var afsendt og pengene blev trukket fra min konto.

Nu er det den 26. december og jeg har hverken modtaget pakke eller nogen som helst form for information. Jeg lykkes med at komme i kontakt med virksomheden via chat.

Her får jeg følgende forklaring:
Your order was not shipped earlier because when we were preparing your package, the warehouse suddenly ran out of stock. We sincerely apologize for not informing you in time.
The good news is that the new stock arrived yesterday, and your order has already been shipped with priority.

Jeg svarer så, at det ikke er godt nok, og at de trak pengene selvom varen ikke var afsendt og får følgende svar:

We're very sorry, but we'll refund you 10% of the discount for making you wait so long.

Det sidste gør at de får 2 stjerner indtil videre - hvis både pakke og refund kommer, vil anmeldelsen og antal af stjerner blive justeret.

Never received item . Don’t recommend.

A beautifully presented tool that more than met our expectations. We have 3D resin prints with extremely fine detail which need to be de supported. The ultrasonic knife does this perfectly, a real game changer for us making the job quick and clean. I hadn't read many reviews and was a bit worried the ultrasonic cutter mightn't do the job but I highly recommend it. Postage took several weeks to arrive but well worth the wait.

Got what i wanted

Bad vibration when chuck installed.
Very little torque.

I hope its good won't get till xmas from my wife.

Ordered weeks ago and haven't received the item.
Would not recommend!
