Had a slight problem with a product I teas handled very well and a replacement was despatched and all sorted with ease

I cannot fault this company, particularly Jacqueline in Customer Services. Nothing was too much trouble when we had to exchange a large bangle for a small one. All managed with the minimum of fuss, a truly seamless operation! Delighted with our experience and we shall definitely make further purchases. Thank you

It is somewhat tricky to order from US. Your “partners” are unable to personlize your enamel boxes. Contacted Jamie Powell in youe customer support and he put me in touch with Jacqueline, who hanled my order brilliantlt, effeciently and professionally. Box arrived on time and exactly as ordered. She took all the stress away. Gold star!!

Perfect and attentive service. My bespoke box wish came true and it is just as I hoped it would be. Every minor adjustment I requested, was happily and easily accommodated. I was surprised about how easy it was and would definitely order such a box again.

I have ordered from HD before and on this occasion I ordered an enamel box as a Christmas gift for my sister. Unfortunately I had to chase the order over a period of days and was finally informed there was an issue in the production process with the original item I had ordered. Jacqueline from Customer Services was lovely and most helpful in dealing with the issue, helping to resolve it quickly and efficiently for me. She was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the product and helped avert a potential Christmas morning gift crisis!!

No one responds to emails or phone calls. Not helpful when I am trying to find out a delivery date for a Christmas Present.

I have been ordering the Christmas Box for 36 years. This year in October as usual I ordered the 2025 box. To date I have still not received the order despite numerous calls to customer service who never answer and send me straight to voicemail. 10 days ago I eventually got through, they promised the box would be delivered by 12/12/25. Still no delivery. called numerous times again - no response.
Horrendous service - could someone from the company get back to me and be honest with me.

My 3rd order from Halcyon Days and all I can say is the products, the service and delivery have been outstanding. The customer care is above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a bracelet 30th September 2025. Weeks go by, no bracelet, no tracking, nothing. I emailed multiple times, no response. I called, no answer. Eventually I've had to go via my credit card to reclaim the money. Joke enterprise.

Our attempted online order was derailed by a mysterious digital goblin who declined to accept our default address in the US for the last 25 years. A quick email was answered by a fair maiden who personally took our order and contact information, personally placed the order which arrived in time for our birthday celebration! Many thanks!

Halcyon Days Customer Services kindly facilitated the personalisation of one of its Christmas 2025 enamel boxes, despite personalisation being unavailable to customers when placing an order on the Halcyon Days website. Jacqueline couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, which is greatly appreciated.

Bought a bangle for my wife which was beautiful but had an issue with the hinge pin coming loose. Made contact despite being out of a normal warranty and was impressed that the company replaced the bangle. Buy with confidence knowing they will treat you well if you have any issues too!

Jacqueline has helped me over time with various concerns related to my orders. The most recent time she checked into why I couldn't get my HD order completed. There was a problem with my address, which I couldn't understand, as it was the same address as always. She was able to send me a link so I could complete the sale. It was timely because the item was still available! Jacqueline is always helpful, friendly and kind. She responds as quickly as she is able to. Halcyon Days should be very glad to have her as part of their team!!

We ordered a bangle, preorder, on September 18th. The website said it would ship out October 1st. We have not received any updates at all. Have emailed 4 times and called 3 times with zero response. Companies customer service is absolutely horrendous. We even called DHL to see if they had anything coming to us and they said they did not. At this point we are thinking of disputing the charge with our bank.

I was most impressed by the understanding and helpfulness that Jacqueline Shepherd gave me when I asked about a particular item I was looking for on the Halcyon Days Website. She found the enamel box I was inquiring about, and alerted me right away, informing me that she would aid me in ordering this piece. I then gave my shipping and payment info. Then within a week she was informing me of the shipping and arrival info , and, it was then delivered to my doorstep in St Louis, Missouri USA ! There are very few other business with such excellent customer relations as this.

Jacqueline was absolutely lovely and very helpful throughout the process and the products themselves are really beautiful. I would definitely recommend Halcyon Days to anyone looking for something special.

The level of personalized service was exceptional. There was a production issue with one of my ordered items and the Halycon representative researched all the details so I was able to make a decision on how to proceed. She was responsive, professional and kept me well-informed.

I heard about the craftsmanship and beauty of Halcyon Days products so bought my friend a bracelet for her special birthday. I was not disappointed.
