Hakkasan Arvostelua 

Hakkasan was exceptional. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere made the whole evening feel incredibly special. It is expensive, but for a celebration or special occasion, it is absolutely worth it. A memorable experience from beginning to end.

Hakkasan Dubai, very tasty food, nice interiors and excellent service. It would deserve a nicer location.

Food was OK, front door and reception staff very good, but serving staff thought they were too good to be serving anyone, I am fussy especially when my director is paying hundreds of pounds to this 'okay' restaurant so expect the service to be first class... Waiting staff remind me of the pretty woman film lol!!

Terrible experience for the money. Do not waste your time or money!

Me and my family had a wonderful dinner , i was looked after, service was immaculate. Apart from the security guy at the door , I think his name is Adam , heared his colleague calling him .
First of all, did like the way he appraoched my wife , i find it offending, it was actually sexual more than welcoming . Same guy whole we leaving because he helped me with the parking spot , he was trying pushing me to give him a tip, it was quite embarrassing specially was with family and had no cash at the time .
Hope you give him advise to have better customer service , this situation will make me think twice to go again .

Vi havde glædet os til at spise en god middag juleaften. Men i stedet blev det en dårlig oplevelse😱Da vi fik maden, spurgte vi efter lidt soya og andet krydderi, da vi havde spurgt nr. 3 tjener og havde spist det meste af maden, var vi godt sure. Kvinden i den RØDE kjole trænger til et kursus i kundepleje!!! Vi fik lidt rabat efter at have talt med manager, men til den pris det koster kommer vi aldrig igen!

I really love that place! Amazing!

Single snootiest head waiter of all time wrecked the experience. Came to us before all our food had even artived to tell us we had 15 minutes exactly before they turned the table. That was a first and I’ve dined all over the world. And next the food…so precious and overdone that 2 of the 3 of us stopped around the corner at a convenience store to get muffins because we were still hungry. Never, ever again.

Hakkasan Las Vegas - booked in advance for 7 of us for my husbands 50th. Filled in all their forms, sent in credit card details etc. We were travelling from the UK.
Four days before the booking, I received an email to say they were cancelling our reservation due to a full restaurant buy out. So someone else trumped our booking with a larger booking even though ours had been confirmed. No compensation etc. so the day we flew to Vegas I had to call around to try and get another table somewhere else. I asked them what they were going to do to help, and they suggested some other restaurants none of which were right, or suggested my husband celebrate his birthday there another day!

Me and my friends decided to book hakassan for a girly night, we got to the restaurant and people in the reception were polite. We were sat down and looking to order, bare in mind we were fasting so we were looking to eat something nice. There wasn’t much options for us besides seafood as we eat halal meat (which we were okay with). There was this dim sum platter which we wanted, but they only had beef in one of the dim sums. The waiter told us there was nothing he could do and then finally called over the manager after we complained. The manager came and didn’t really do anything for us until we said we want a refund and will go somewhere else. He finally came back and offered us a complimentary dim sum platter. This was after we said we were going to leave. Also, I was charged £150.00 at booking and then charged another £134.00 for what we ordered once we had eaten and told that the booking amount will be refunded in a few days. This was on Friday and I am still waiting for my refund. The food was really nice, but the service was terrible. We spent a lot to go there and the service did not match up, we were supposed to break our fast and they weren’t willing to meet us half away until we finally said we want to leave. I would not go back because of the service.

This place ruined our son’s special birthday. Having arrived on time we had to wait 10mins to be seated. Then after ordering we waited about 1hr for our food to arrive . After our starters & mains (1hr 30m) we were asked to move tables to which we said no as we hadn’t ordered desserts or sang Happy Birthday to our son. We were repeatedly asked to move and no order was taken for our desserts. Not really the waiters fault but bad time management and overall running of the place. Doesn’t deserve a Michellin or the price they charge. Will never visit again and warn others not to as won’t get what you pay for . No apology or price deduction for this ….terrible!

Consistently great food, we have eaten at Hakkasan many times and always enjoyed ourselves. Mostly we have gone for evening dinner but we also went for Sunday lunch once and took our son along, he especially enjoyed the mocktails.
The truffle duck was absolutely delicious on our last visit and the dim sum was also wonderful. The service is always immaculate they are very attentive. It was my birthday and they even brought out a desert with a candle and my name on it which I appreciated. My only slight criticism would be that we felt slightly rushed this time but that may be down to the time of year Mayfair seemed especially busy this weekend. We will definitely visit again as we have always had great experiences there.

If I could give this company a minus star I would !

Extremely arrogant staff, we had 2 of our group with covid so we asked to reschedule, they charged my credit card £150 to reschedule ! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS RESTAURANT !

Overrated overpriced for mediocre food . Atmosphere is the only positive .
Staff look miserable.
For the prices they charge , they need to up their game.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Service from start to finish was not good. Food and atmosphere was ok, but in a place like this, we deserve to be treated well! Hostess stand was rude, especially the hosts Jael ( or Gael ) super super rude and unfortunately the staffs are unprepared.

Different from what we read about the restaurant, the experience was bad! Their only concern is $$$$. I recommend avoiding this place. On top of that we all tried to talk to the manager who did nothing after our explanation about what was happening.

For me, as a travel writer and lifestyle publisher it was the worst service of all famous London restaurants. SAVE YOUR PARTY & YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE.

The food and drinks were great, in taste, but all the service around was terrible:
- Confusing, rude, unprepared host;
- Misleading billing sistem;
- Prepaid experience is a trap to charge you more;
This was the 5th Hakkasan I´ve been (Miami, NYC, Dubai and Abu Dhabi) and it is the worst by far!
You should keep the Menu, but change a lot of the staff. Never go back for sure.
