Terrible design, barely works can accomplish everything they do with $20 of gear the customer service is absolutely garbage, after they have your money you're on your own, and have a blanket no refunds or return policy, will never do business with them again.

Worst customer service ever. They only reply every three days with no phone number. The phone number that they have listed is disconnected. They charged top dollar for defective devices still way.

I have been waiting for over a month on an order for around 235 dollars + 100 dollars in custom fees. I tried contacting the support but i get 0 replies from them. It feels as if my money is gone here. The parcel company cant do an investigation as well since they want me to contact the company that sends the packages in this case hak5

Hak5 if your reading this i would really like to know what happend here and a reply would be nice. I feel like my mails are getting ignored since i get 0 replies.

(The stubby was suppose to be given but its now bieng returned while i was at home all day btw.)

Absolutely terrible customer service, meaning that it takes forever to get in contact with a real person. Secondly, they will send a confirmation from "NoFraud" which messes up a lot and "Cancels" your order, while they still keep the money for however long it takes to get "sorted out". I am still waiting for my product and am getting no help at all. Their site says that the order is put in not cancelled, so I am feeling very tricked by this company. Buy Somewhere Else.

they have taken my payment of $217 then cancelled my order, the reason for canceling is because im using a vpn, like surely thats some sort of joke right look at the products they sell an they first said it taken 3-5 days to return my money an im no 15 days later an they have tried to tell me they never took the payment their cooked

They release products that do not work all while charging hundreds of dollars for said products.

Great hardware but for many products terrible firmware/framework! No updates even though bugs are known, fixes available and the update was even announced by Hak5 (like 14 months ago). Nothing happens.
If you're not willing to modify the firmware yourself, you will own a half-baked device. Might be better off buying from competitors.

They think they have eaten all possible minds and are unable to answer the real questions. Their arrogance. This is Darren's way of speaking as a conceited actor, not a professional mentor. How cool it all is for him and so simple that you can't understand it, funny You can easily dismiss 80 percent of his words, and his speech will not lose its value or even gain value. I'm still waiting for the answer on how to share the internet with bushbunny on linux, because the script method that they showed doesn't work on any of my three laptops

I have been an IT professional for over 30 years. And I can guaranty that this is the worst company I ever dealt with. NO Customer support at all. NO PHONE NUMBER to call. ZERO customer care, I don't believe that this company wants any returning customers. Provide false info, no returns possible?? Zero time to cancel orders. Very arrogant responses. I placed an order and I forgot to apply the discount coupon, so I placed a second order with the coupon. They refused to cancel the 1st order 5 minutes after I submitted it. They shipped the orders and now they are refusing to allow me to return the items that are still sealed in the original box.

Really poor service - I thought they sell things - but instead its a scam for several issues.
No devices - lost in mail etc etc - ending up never recieving the devices - only a hoodie!
Would NOT recommand those for anyone

Ordered more than a month ago...still nothing.
It took an incredible amount of time to just ship...more than a week!
Last update was 15 Dec...today is 24 Dec.
Finally, delivery date was 21 Dec. Emailed, NO response but judging by reviews left on here, not surprised!...pretty sure this is the SLOWEST company on planet earth!
It had to come from US to Can...wow, first order, last order!

Overpriced products, and if you order outside the US the toll will f*cCk you in the ass

The product I purchased (Bash Bunny) worked perfectly. It's a really great tool to play with and you can learn so much with it.
I didn't have any complaints with the company itself. The product shipped ~1 month. I also really like that they have a forum and a discord server where you can discuss thing with other people.
Great product, great company.

I ordered the WIFI Pineapple as a gift and though I was charged, the company never sent me the product nor responded to my emails asking for a status on the order. I got scammed!! Now I am working to get my money back through my credit card company since I can't get a hold of Hak5.
Don't buy from these folks.

Nice material but you need to bring ou more new hacking toys

Cool gear and quick delivery to Europe just remember that you will get hit with an import tax fee and the transport company will charge you an extra administration fee for covering the import tax for you.

Just because they created these products doesn’t give them the right to have horrible customer service.

Decent product let down by poor customer service.
