Ordered 3 times. All three times the order got canceled because of "fraudulent activity". Swapped emails, turned off VPN and used a different bank account with no luck. I even got my brother to order it in my place (that was the third try) with no luck either. You might think customer support might help you, since they are getting so much advertisement from people on Youtube and everywhere else but no. Its just automated messages. I get it when there is high demand, but what's wrong with letting people know about the situation instead of wasting their time.

Be careful with this company.

Using the cheapest shipping yet I paid for their most expensive shipping option.. make it make sense. 700 dollars cad and using uni express; no regards for my items; yet charging a premium.

Spent over $400 upon receiving my cord i used it for 5 mins and it melted and nearly caught fire i contacted support who told me its my fault and need to have better knowledge of what im doing

Absolute scam.

They charge me 14 dollars for shipping saying the package will arrive within 3-9 days, reached out to "customer service," they don't even respond and say they cannot do anything days later about my order because the shipping insurance company fixed my typo in my address but they still somehow managed to mess it up again so now my package has literally been going in circles between distribution centers to the wrong post office for 2 weeks now. This is actually ridiculous and nerve wracking and I am NEVER ordering from here again. For being a tech company as well, their lack of service and sources to reach out to customer service is just funny to me. So scammy... please never order from here just go learn the same thing on linux or something or find a loophole some other way that does the same thing cause this is just annoying.

My order was delayed 1 month due to a postage strike (which I don't hold them responsible). I sent email a couple of weeks after the strike was over and some time had passed I emailed them for an update and they responded in a reasonable time. I emailed them after I had expected to receive my package and they stopped answering my emails at all. I don't care if you can't or won't fix my issue, the least you can do is answer your emails.

Hak5 valued customer experience above other things and resolved the issue promptly as well as unconditionally. I am impressed and will spread the word of mouth in their favour.

I wanted to cancel my order and they responded very quick and did it for me with no issues.

Hak5: Total Disappointment, Poor Support, and Wasted Time

I ordered a product from Hak5 (255$) with the expectation that it would be delivered within the 40-60 days they promise. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been a complete disaster. Not only did they fail to deliver the product on time, but their customer support was practically non-existent.

When I reached out to their support team, it took them nearly a week to respond on any my message on their chat. And their support website was buggy and unreliable. After waiting patiently for 60 days, I still hadn’t received my order. On day 61, I emailed them, demanding a refund and warning that I would take further action if necessary. Only then did they finally respond—after ignoring my previous attempts to reach out.

Two months of my time were completely wasted, and I didn’t even receive any compensation or apology for the inconvenience. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating, and their lack of support shows how little they care about their customers. I strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering from Hak5.

This is a review of the $250.00 Hak5 WiFi Pineapple Mark 7, which is a complete waste of money. This device is more of a toy than a professional tool, and I highly discourage anyone from purchasing it. The creators should be held accountable for misleading consumers and selling a product that doesn’t work as advertised. I am considering legal action against Hak5 for selling a faulty product full of issues.

You'll end up spending more time trying to get its features to work properly than actually using it effectively. For the price of $250.00, this is unacceptable.

In conclusion: Don't waste your money or your valuable time! You can find far better devices on Amazon for $5.00 - $50.00.

Hak5 is a genuine cash grab, they take every opportunity available to forsake customer service for profit. I get that a business needs to profit but this is a disgusting level of greed

Hak5 is a waste of money. Avoid it like the plague. Crap products, crap customer service. Don't even bother.

The costumer service is the worst i have ever experienced, my order got canceled for no reason, it takes days before you get an automated reply that doesnt help at all, feels like a complete scam.

Complete ripoff

There is a reason why you will not find any reviews on the shop section of the company and that's because their products are terrible.

They delete all negative complaints on any forums or discord servers because they don't want you to know that they are completely ripping you off with completely unreliable products.

DO NOT buy from this company.

This company SUCKS. You're lucky if you can even buy something from them. Their customer service is painfully slow and ineffective. I would encourage you to make this the company of last resort.

I ordered a 3xl hoodie. When it arrived it fit like an xl and the length of the front of the hoodie was shorter than the back. I sent pictures and reached out to customer support where my refund request was promptly rejected. What a disappointing experience for someone who just entered the cyber security industry. Can't wait to let everyone know about Hak5 at all the conventions I go to.
