Amazing case love it arrived very fast but got a case that is 20x bigger than my phone the company got the wrong size there is no iPhones that big with the camera placing

Not even close the the right size can’t be returned as it’s personalised, Moto g4 case IS NOT for a moto g4 phone 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 brought as a gift so now I have no time to replace, I’ve brought from hairy worm before with nothing but good things to say but no anymore 🤬

Forgot to put a custom pic, emailed them and they put the ones I wanted and it's perfect. They are also fast.

Was expecting a cover for my kindle
l measured size of kindle as requested and when it arrived it was more than twice the size of the kindle with elastic straps to hold kindle in the middle totally no use at all should have been the size of my kindle as type and size was provided when ordered will not use again

Great customer service. I was sent new cases after I gave a review, saying that one was dull and blurry. The new ones are brighter and clearer. Thanks.

Great that you can really personalise a phone case and design it yourself so know exactly how it will look. Definitely worth the money. And arrived much faster than expected. Very happy with my purchase!

Thieves! Ordered a dark grey rubber strip and they sent a black one! Have tried on numerous occasions via email & online chat & WhatsApp to contact them but no response! My elderly client is now out of pocket by £25 but I’ll cover the cost for her. Shouldn’t be allowed to trade in my opinion!

This company has great communication and are able to quickly solve problems. I ordered a personalised phone case and I didn't receive a dispatch email but after a quick email I was able to get the tracking information and see that Evri had misplaced the package. The company apologised for this and resent the item, with Royal Mail, to ensure that I could get it. It's a good item, the images are a bit blurry and there was a weird stickiness but overall it's a good product.

Ordered a personalised leather phone case for me and partner .6 month after it started showing wear so I took a closer look and it's not leather its compressed paper

Great customer service. Initial order had a fault with the curing of the picture. Another sent which is perfect.
Recipient os really pleased with quality of the cade and picture and I'm really pleased with the customer service and how quickly they rectified the issue and sent a replacement.

Chose next day delivery option on a phone case with a name printed on the back and after 4 days I still didn't receive an email of item dispatched. Emailed hairyworm customer service only to receive an email to say they as aim to respond to emails within 48 hours. The next day I received confirmation of item dispatched. Phone case was average quality with a light scratch next to the printed name , I will not use hairyworm again.
