My name is Martin Ritson and I recently returned to Istanbul for a follow-up hair transplant after having a very successful first procedure. This time, I wanted to add some extra density, and once again I arranged everything through Tony Owen and his company Hair Transplant Solutions, working with Clinicana in Istanbul.

As always, Tony was exceptionally professional, supportive, and easy to communicate with. His guidance throughout the process — from preparation to aftercare — was second to none. This time, I used the Virtual Chaperone service as I couldn’t arrange time off to travel on the same dates as Tony, but honestly, it felt as though he was right there with me anyway. His communication was constant and reassuring, and he made sure I was well looked after every step of the way.

While in Istanbul, I also decided to take advantage of the trip and have some dental work done through Tony’s other company, Premier Dental Solutions, who arranged my treatment at Dentaneva. The dental team were incredibly caring, professional, and attentive, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the process.

I spent a week in Istanbul and couldn’t be happier with both the hair transplant results and my new smile. Everything was handled with great care and professionalism, and I felt fully supported at every stage.

From initially contacting him, our early consultation, he provided a clear plan on how things would go, what it would cost, when it would happen making it very easy to fit into a busy calendar for me.

I'm probably one of Tony's longest conversations leading up to the transplant (4 years) 😅. I've been thinking about getting a transplant done for years, but nerves have always got the better of me.

Tony has always been very patient leading up to me actually making the decision to go. He chatted through what was realistically possible and what to expect from the whole process.

I decided to do the chaperone trip so Tony was there to support me through everything. This was a total no-brainer. On the big day, it was an incredibly slick process again. This was not rushed at all, and we looked at a few options before deciding what would be best.

Straight after the surgery, Tony was there and checked on everything when we all got back to the hotel, and again constantly available to answer any questions we had.

The hotel and clinic were exceptional and Tony’s communications fantastic throughout. I’ve had tattoos over the years and made some questionable choices in placement etc, due to my lack of experience or just going along with what the artist thinks. If you’re having any procedure of this kind, then having someone with Tony’s experience to help mediate between your own idea of what you think you want and the consultants ideas of what they think you want, is truly invaluable in reaching the correct outcome. An absolute must in my opinion.

I can’t thank Tony enough for the support he gave me throughout my hair transplant journey. In the lead-up to the trip, Tony kept in regular contact, following up right up until my flight. Just back from my second procedure and once again had a flawless experience from start to finish. I couldnt recommend using Tony's service enough, you are properly looked after and it takes away all of the stress. Tony's enthusiasm for getting you the best result is infectious, its a quality service that Is a must for anybody sitting on the fence. Add to the fact you meet a great bunch of lads on the trips who are in the same boat, I just couldnt imagine booking a hair transplant not through Tony. Just back from my hair transplant with Tony along with a group of 4 friends.
I did a lot of research into this for a couple years as I’m always dubious of Facebook adverts.
I wasn’t disappointed and everything was planned to minute detail from start to finish.

The clinic was 1 minute from a very good hotel where we stayed. I say clinic but it was more of a high class hospital which immediately gave me confidence.

The process was simple with blood tests taken as soon as we arrived then back to the hotel to take dinner with Tony and other people who were on the trip.

Next day I had a 40 minute consultation with the hospital director and Tony who uses his training in hairdressing to work out the most natural look.

Treatment commenced shortly after the consultation and lasted around 6 hours which flew by as I must have slept for a few hours as they offer a muscle relaxant which worked a treat.

Months before my visit during a consultation with Tony he had estimated I would get 4000-4400 graphs, so I was delighted to receive 4500.

All in all I couldn’t have wished for a better planned professional experience and that includes aftercare which is invaluable to make sure you’re doing everything right.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough from start to finish Tony was brilliant, he took away any nerves leading up to the trip, I flew out with Tony met him in the airport an from there he basically took care of everything from their on, Tony came in while I got hair line measurements at clinic which really put me at ease Tony made a few adjustments on my hair line after the surgeon had drew them on what I was really happy with, then after Tony sorted all times out like when to check out the hotel to pick up times for airport made everything so smooth, took any pressure off you all you had to do was look at the group chat and you knew where to be at what times really nice bloke who goes above and beyond high recommended

My son and I travelled from New Zealand after consultation with Tony at Hair Transplant Solutions. He came recommended by a local here that had used Tony for his procedure.
We had done a lot of research prior to getting in touch with Tony but once we commenced communication we booked our tickets as soon as possible. Every aspect of Tony's guidance was amazing and we are so happy to have had him referred to us.

Tony was excellent at every step. He's very responsive via whatsapp for any questions you have right throughout the process.

When the doctor drew my new hairline the day of the op, Tony got on a video call to check it, and told the doctor to adjust it slightly. It was the right call and I'm very appreciative that he did because if he hadn't, I would have just gone along with the initial hairline and not have been as happy. I came across Tony and Hair transplant solutions while searching online for a clinic that would suit my needs.
I had previously had a hair transplant with another clinic in Istanbul in May 2024. I was not fully happy with results as the density of my hair in transplanted area was still extremely poor.

After much research I found HTS (Tony) high on a google search and once I checked the site, decided to get in contact. The reply was quick, helpful and not pushy in any way, a phone chat followed soon after, at the exact time we agreed and even a WhatsApp text beforehand to see if it was still convenient. After a good chat and some thinking I decided to go ahead and didn’t regret it once!

I chose the chaperone option, which is BRILLIANT and I highly recommend, really helpful info followed from Tony via calls or texts and EVERYTHING was covered.
