If you have a WordPress site and it gets hacked, I would highly recommend HackRepair.com. Their work is fast and excellent!

OMG Jim saved my life! All five of my websites were hacked and my service provider was of little help. They offered no apologies and simply referred me to a company they are partners with to fix it, who subsequently tried to sell me an outrageously expensive plan - suspicious (one I almost had to go for because I did not have time to be dealing with this.) Anyway after a quick google search I found a blogger who recommended Jim and after talking to him for all of about 5 seconds I realized I could breathe again. I literally handed my problem to him and he took care of it for half the charge and half the speed and he communicated clearly with me through every step of the process. I honestly can't recommend him enough. I was so grateful to have an actual caring human willing to walk me through these types of problems that I went the extra step and moved all my sites to his service instead. I now feel safe. Thanks Jim!

My site was hacked with malware, but Jim worked on it for a couple of hours and recovered it. He is super fast and proactive with many suggestions.

To say I "flipped out" when I was alerted that the site for our non profit organization had been hacked is an understatement. After reading an article by a trusted WordPress blogger, I took her advice and contacted Jim. He had us all cleaned up by days end and even installed an additional safeguard for us. For affordable and reliable care, call Jim.

Jim worked tirelessly to get rid of all compromised files on my website. Being a somewhat complex site full of custom coding, it took a few hours to get done.
In the following days, he kept checking in to see if all was still okay.
He also gave me several recommendations to avoid future problems.
Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Our site was shut down by our web host provider, and Jim not only fixed the problem, he set up additional security measures, and cleaned up our Google "this site might be hacked" search response by the end of the day.

This guy is the real deal! I was in a panic with issues on my website. Found Jim from a google search and he had excellent ratings. I've been burned so many times with the "so called experts" with no results and my money down the toilet. Jim listened to all my concerns, gave me a wealth of FREE info. and had me up and running in half a day. I got my monies worth and more. Thank you Jim!! You are my go to guy from now on. Professional, Ethical, Knowledgeable, Honest. Hands down Jim is the best in the business......Can't thank you enough, from Seal Guy

I needed someone to fix a long-standing problem on some of my web sites...problems related to hacks that were never completely and properly cleaned. I stumbled onto Jim's web site, and read everything about how great he was and how he actually answers his own phone, etc. I'm a skeptical guy, but decided to give it a try...expecting to get a voicemail system or someone in the Philippines or whatever. But what a surprise when this very friendly guy answered the phone, and started right in trying to help me. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing, but the problems turned out to be complicated, so he couldn't get it all figured out immediately, so we talked about price and I hired him the next night...and by the day after that (he must have worked over night) Jim had everything fixed *and* had the "This site may be hacked" removed from my Google SERP. Amazing. If you've been hacked, call Jim.

Our web site was hacked and as a result taken down by our web hosting company to protect their other sites.
In a state of panic we contacted Hack Repair late on a Sunday night - to our relief, the phone was answered and the next morning (a Sunday) Jim and the team were able to get us back on line.
Sincere thanks to Jim and the team for providing us with exceptional service and taking our stress away!

Very quick thorough and professional. Recommended.

It was a nightmare. The website I manage got hacked. It was being hosted by one of the larger web hosting companies and even after numerous tries, they were unable to remove the malicious files and restore it to an earlier date.

I was desperate. I thought I was going to lose the whole website. I am not an IT person. I did what most people would do — I Googled hoping to find a company who could save the day.

I found hackrepair.com, read testimonials, and chatted with Jim. I felt hopeful that he could do the job, felt the financial risk was reasonable and took a leap of faith. It worked! Within a day it was restored and I even got a full report of what he did.

Now Jim is hosting the website. He continues to be responsive with my questions, especially making sure things are fully backed up. Thank you!

My business website got hacked by a professional hacker. It was not just some (bot) injected code. It was really done customly. I had a few companies trying to fix it. They all managed to clear the malicious code, but weren't able to fix the loophole, so the hacker could still come in.

I am glad I found this company though. Jim (the owner) takes all his time and focusses on it going over it manually (compared to other companies who run automated scans). He managed to completely clean the website and install a firewall to prevent the hacker from coming in further. I'm glad he was able to solve it. And not to mention; once he is online, he replies in a matter of minutes. Super satisfied. Thank you.

I own a small web development company and had few sites go down at once, as a result of a hack. Panicked, I did some searching and came across HackRepair.com amongst a few others. I was able to immediately make contact with a live person, Jim, who gave highly detailed personal service not seen in many other places these days. All sites were cleaned in a timely manner with no hassle or endlessly waiting for communication. I have moved quite a few sites over from the "daddy" of hosts and look forward to a long working relationship.

Jim is THE person to fix your hacked website. Not only was his price the best out of the 4 companies that I shopped, but my site was back up and running quickly with ADDED security enhancement. I wish that every company ran as smooth as Hack Repair with Jim!!! Chris in Pasadena

I reached out to Jim after my hosting service notified me of my sites being maliciously compromised. He had me up and secure within about 2 hours of my first call to him in which I left a message. I couldn't believe how quickly my situation was rectified. Not to mention he is a personable and friendly guy willing to talk you through the steps that will prevent future issues. Highly recommend!

After being told by a couple of other IT professionals that I was going to need to hire a web designer to completely re-do all the content on my wordpress site after it was hacked, I wanted to cry. Most of my business comes from my online portfolio - and all of the lost content was super bad news for me. All I hear when I think "web designer"is THOUSANDS of dollars, which I didn't have to spend either. Luckily, I found Jim through a google search, gave him a call, and he was kindly able to repair and restore my site completely in a matter of hours. He is amazing and really knows what he's doing. I don't know what kind of genius tech wizardry he does - but I know he saved me a lot of money and a LOT of stress. Call Jim for all your hacked website and web security needs. You'll be so happy you did.

I noticed my site had been hacked on Tuesday morning. Jim had it fixed for me before lunchtime that same day. The thought of all the hard work I'd put into my site disappearing was very stressful but thankfully, Jim solved the issues for me and had me back up and running before too many people even noticed the issue. He was quick, efficient, and kind as well- which helped keep my stress level down. Highly recommend.

Called Jim at Hackrepair on Sunday afternoon after finding out my Website was hacked and diverting our site to distasteful web sites. Jim had it fixed by Sunday evening which was huge. It is so easy to recommend Jim and Hackrepair. We are engaging Jim to protect our website ongoing in a monthly basis. I told Jim that he's a hero for our company!! 10/10± service and support!! Worth every penny!!

I hired Jim to help remove malware from a WordPress site I recently inherited. Jim was such a pleasure to work with! Before he got started, we had a great discussion about his role as a website security expert, which means a lot more than simple malware remover. He did immediately remove the malware, but he also secured the site and gave me invaluable best practices info for proactive security going forward. He also resubmitted the site to Google and assiduously checked on it until the “This site may be hacked” message disappeared. My client was thrilled, as was I. Do yourself a favor and hire him. He's worth every penny and thensome!

Jim Walker was recommended to me when my site got hacked about a year ago. Jim got on it immediately and got it taken care of. I've since hired him to do my ongoing maintenance for my website, and now he takes care of all my updates and security related maintenance, so I don't have to think about it. Having Jim on my team has been such a blessing. If anything security related on my website comes up, Jim and his team take care of it immediately. He even saved me money I was spending unnecessarily between two hosting services. So now I just hosted my site with him. I couldn't be happier with his service.
