IT people like Jim just don't exist!!! He personally took care of what could have been a major disaster for my Web Design business when an exploit appeared in one of the plugins I use on EVERY site. He fixed every instance at VERY reasonable rates and kept me posted every step of the way. I can't recommend him strongly enough!!!

Jim helped be with my cherished website, not once but twice. the first time he saved me from having to spend 500 plus a monthly 425 to recover my site from sitelock. Jim saved me so much money, and did way more than SiteLock would have done, for such a great price. I waas so impressed I moved over my website to his hosting, where I trust it to be in good hands.

It's all fun and games until you wake up to find that your website has been deactivated by your hosting company for malware/security issues. I needed to get my infected account/site cleared and had no idea how to do it. My hosting company offered a DIY option which was way over my head.

After hours of searching online for help with my Wordpress site, I was so happy to have found Jim's website. I spoke with Jim by phone and immediately was confident that I wanted Jim to work on my site. He did not disappoint! He is professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. He kept me informed by email throughout the process and my site was back up and running in just a few hours.

I did a lot of research and spoke with other companies and their pricing was much higher and many of them had poor reviews unlike Jim. I'm very pleased with the overall value and service provided.

Jim is GREAT. Quick and affordable. I learned a wealth of info a short amount of time. Hopefully will never need his services again, and if I do I know exactly who to contact.

I wish I could find the perfect words but there aren't any because Jim performed beyond perfectly.

We can't say enough good things about Jim and his efficiency in repairing our website which had been compromised for a couple of years and no one seemed able to get the job done...until Jim. He was very proactive, responsive and reasonable. We are very grateful to have found him.

Great service! Our website was completely compromised. Jim responded incredibly quickly, started working on it straight away and solved the issue providing constant updates and valuable advice in the process. As advertised the service was effective, rapid and at a definitely lower price than other alternatives. Jim was also very proactive in not just solving the problem but also sharing what work he was doing and suggestions on how to avoid similar situation in the future. Definitely recommended!

You cannot go wrong when you call Jim. He quickly got our website up and running, cleared the malware and updated the software. He started cleaning the website immediately following our phone conversation, sending updates with his progress throughout the cleanup. No need to worry, you will be in good hands!

Excellent service. Jim fixed three our sites in a day and provided us with some good advice moving forward. Highly recommended.

I was wowed by the service I received from Jim. He went above and beyond my expectations in getting my site back up and running in under 24 hours! With his help, I was able to save myself lots of time and money, whereas my hosting service would have charged me an exorbitant amount. I would recommend Jim and hackrepair.com to anyone with a hacked site.

I was so impressed with the service we received from Jim. Unlike Site Lock, which only informed us of the malware attack and did nothing to clean it, Jim responded quickly and had the site clean and back to normal in a couple hours time. I would definitely recommend his services to others!

Jim was communicative and efficient - he quickly resolved most of the issues with my 2 sites - smallclubsf.com and eatbarklove.com. One of the sites was terribly hacked and had hundreds of fake blog posts on it - Jim was relentless, even when we said it's okay if it's not savable.... he kept at it. and fixed it. I will be following his advice for security moving forward!
Thank you Jim!

Jim is a lifesaver. Seriously! I was in trouble with several websites hacked on one account. I am so glad that he is the one I called for help. Not only did he start working on it within minutes of my call, he worked late and then again early in the morning. He gave timely updates often. One of my badly hacked websites I told him it was ok if it was hopeless. He decided he was going to save it no matter what! And he did!!!

Jim is straight business and he is dedicated to his service. His fee is very reasonable - and worth every penny!

Jim was awesome to work with getting my company's hacked site back up and running. I tried to fix it my self for a couple weeks and he had it up and running with in a day of me reaching out to him. He also gave me a list of things to do to prevent this kind of hack from happening again.

My organization's website was hacked- we're a small, non-profit with limited resources and no one on staff that can fix the problem. We spent hours on the phone with our hosting company over several weeks with no solution. We didn't even know who else to ask. Finally, someone recommended Jim and our website was fixed in less than 2 hours! He fixed it quickly with no attitude and explained everything he was doing. He followed-up the next day over a quick phone chat with an explanation of what we need to do to keep our website safe. He is helpful, easy to work with and got the job done that no one else seemed to know how to fix.

It was a Friday afternoon, I had never had my website hacked before and I didn't know what to do. After a quick google search, Jim's website came up first and highly rated so I gave him a call. He answered the phone himself, gave me a very reasonable quote, and had my website back to normal by Monday. He was extremely professional and helpful, I highly recommend him to anyone. Jim generously helped me again months later when another issue came up with my website, providing a solution I would have never thought of. Thank you, Jim!

As a business owner for over 30 years I’ve learned many things the hard way. Fortunately, I realized that I’m not good at everything and surrounding myself with effective people was the key. I was lucky to find Jim ( really by chance ) and was very impressed with his hands on personal touch with me. A returned call, spot on analysis of my issue and a fast result. I will always use Jim for all my website issues - you should too.

Very professional and efficient with personal service from Jim, expectations were exceeded with a thorough assessment of ours sites vulnerabilities. We chose to move our hosting over to TVC and take advantage of their ongoing surveillance and maintenance services.
