My experience of Hackett London
Firstly I’ll state the positives regarding my experience. The website was well designed and easy to use, the ordering process was straightforward, the email notifications from the company were great, the time interval from placing the order to receiving the goods was very good, the packaging was also good. When I unpacked the jacket I was pleased with it and it fitted well. You may be thinking what has this chap got to complain about it sounds like a first class experience. Well the only thing that spoiled it for me is the fact that the jacket is not fully lined. I know it may sound trivial but, I’ve never had a jacket that was only lined at the front and it really cheapens what should be a very high quality garment. Also my hand gets caught in the edge of the sleeve lining when I put the jacket on, which is very irritating. In many ways a good company and service provided, but I’m afraid I am unlikely to be a returning customer.
