I'm an experienced Project Manager. I filled all the information required by the job site. In 4 weeks I got ~4 job matches, which were not relevant to my preferences, from industry sectors I'm not interested in.
It was a waste of time. I think recruiters can provide a more personalized service.

better portal than others in the market, does not bombard you with unnecessary/unrelevant opportunities, till date have received only genuine and relevant opportunities.

Great experience as someone looking for new employment. I got contacted by a few employers and used the app to also find employers looking for my desired roles. I got a few interviews and finally landed a job offer from one of the employers who contacted me. The only thing I would say is that some of the jobs they matched me did not fit my uploaded CV or profiles

The service is absolutely great

I was restricted because of location but i was okay to relocate if given opportunity.

A nice addition to the usual job boards and sites. Half way between saved searches and being head hunted. It hasn’t led to a role yet, but going in the right direction

A useful site to get connected to employers!

The AI suggested roles you apply get you real visibility to top senior recruiters that Are looking for real talent. I was skeptical at first. Hackajob recommends you put in applications for roles they match you with based on analyzing your resume. The recruiters are then granted visibility to those who respond to these matches.

You cannot apply for a job until you choose job types you are looking for. However, it does not list Internal Communications Manager, Communications Manager or Engagement Manager, ironically despite the fact this is the role advertised (for BA) I am trying to apply for. It does not let you skip this step.

Waste of time. I wanted to apply for a job via linked in and it took me here, had to spend ages setting up a profile because it couldn't read my CV properly. Then it turned out the advertised job didn't exist - this site is a scam.

Edit: you should *not* have to provide your life details to a site and create an account just to apply for a job advertised on LinkedIn. This is sharp practice and is disingenuous. It did not say anything about the job I applied for, even when I followed the link from LinkedIn again - it just took me to the dashboard of a site I never wanted membership of anyway!

It basically uses AI to check your profile for experience keywords and then matches them against available jobs on the platform (which would be fine if it actually worked). However, if your profile doesn’t contain a certain number of keywords matching the role, it simply won’t allow you to apply.

So the AI ends up saying something like: “You have 5 years of QA experience across several areas, but I don’t think you’re qualified for this junior QA role that requires 3 years of experience.”

In my opinion, this platform is just a waste of time.
