Happy with my overall experience using Habito, and specifically the service provided by Toby throughout. Market conditions have changed for the worse between now and when I first contacted Habito a few weeks before I was able to start the remortgaging process, but Toby’s knowledge and diligence helped me secure a new mortgage in a timely manner that is suitable based on the change of circumstances geopolitically. Would recommend Habito to others.

I came across Habito while searching online for a mortgage broker, and from the very beginning they have been professional, friendly, and highly communicative.

Once my offer on the house was accepted, Matt, my mortgage broker, quickly found a mortgage that I was happy to proceed with. I chose the Habito Plus service for a smoother, less stressful experience, and I’m really glad I did. I was then introduced to Mariam, who handled my mortgage application efficiently and professionally. In under two weeks, I received my mortgage offer, which exceeded my expectations in terms of speed.

I’ve since scheduled my Level 2 survey, and everything is progressing well with the conveyancer. So far, I’m very pleased with how smoothly everything is moving and the consistent communication from both Habito and their external partners.

As a first-time buyer, I have no point of reference for applying for a mortgage (but I have been told it is very stressful). Everyone I have dealt with has been more than helpful and friendly throughout. Would highly recommend, they spoon-fed me everything I needed to do which made it hassle free! Our first contact at Habito was Becky. As a first-time buyer the process seemed a bit daunting, but they were really helpful and explained everything in a concise and clear way. Becky guided us through the mortgage application, making sure we got the best product for us and giving great advice as to which documents and information we would need to submit. Becky then made sure we were put in touch with other relevant members of their team for the next steps. Jess got in touch soon after with updates on our application. The communication from this team is excellent. The online Habito portal is great too. It’s really straightforward and easy to use. It is just my luck to renew my Mortgage in the midst of a new war when the markets are going crazy but here we are. When I engaged with Habito I was put into contact with Becky who was fantastic. I can only imagine how hectic the last few weeks have been for this industry but Becky really did deliver. She helped us to gather all our documents and submit our application in a really short space of time and she has taken care to make sure we are well cared for with the wider team.

The system used by Habito is effectively a human driven chat bot and it is really easy to use, there was no nonsense, no asking the same question twice and when it came to the affordability review, i felt like this was extremely pragmatic.
