Gyna is a fertility nutrition program for women and couples trying to conceive. Most people find us a few months in, or a few years. You've got the tracking app, the prenatal, and a browser history of advice that contradicts itself. What you don't have is one place where food, supplements and everyday exposures are put together and explained. That's the program. Self-paced lessons in an app, on a subscription, with meal plans and recipes so the material is easier to actually use. You work through it one idea at a time. Most of what we ask is that you add things, not cut them. Trying to conceive is stressful enough without a program that wants you to overhaul your life in week one.

Gyna was easy to use and understand making our fertility journey a bit easier. I absolutely loved the recipes and still use many of them today. I was able to get pregnant within a couple months of using Gyna after trying for over a year on my own.

Piensen diversificar regionalmente
Ha sido muy interesante y estoy aprendiendo mucho. En donde vivo, algunas cosas no las puedo hacer porque no tengo muchos ingredientes a la mano, pero otros sí. Deben tener más en cuenta a personas en diferentes regiones y alejadas de ciudades grandes. Igual vale la pena. Gracias!

Refund rejected. It's not worth the money
Unfortunately I missed the cancellation deadline with a few hours (which I believe should not be a problem with an understanding, human-centric support team). I was shocked when I was charged with an extra $93 for a so-called Premium membership on top of the $149 membership. I don't recall of subscribing to it, it must have been a Dark UX. I found the basic price already super expensive but I wanted to give it a try with the free access. After a quick overview, I realized it is not adding much to my existing knowledge, or nothing special that I could not find on the internet when researching for fertility. I was expecting more in depth knowledge or more personalisation.. The "Premium meal plan" is nothing more than just a set of healthy meals, anyone can look up on the internet, chatGPT can create a meal plan for free. Ridiculously expensive. When I was charged, I immediately wrote kindly to the support team asking for a refund and expressing my confusion about the extra subscription I was not aware of.
My refund was rejected. Honestly this feels like a real exploitation of women who are going through hardship. I will have to warn others.

For anyone reading: the meal plan is a separate subscription from the membership. Both are shown at checkout and confirmed by email, and each is cancelled separately.

Be careful of sneaky subscription.
I cancelled the fertility trail within a day which was fine but then they added another subscription unknown to me for £72 for a recipie subscription that I didn’t sign up for! I applied for a refund and have not heard back now and it’s been months. The website itself looks ok but wasn’t for me. Very sneaky, and no reply to my emails from customer service. Utterly disappointing. Be very wary girls.

Je suis furieuse. J’ai souscris à l’essai gratuit puis j’ai résilié au bout de qq heures trouvant que ce n’était pas utile.
Et ce matin je me rend compte que j’ai été prélevé de 52€ !
C’est honteux de prélever les gens comme ça. Je vais aller dès demain à ma banque pour que ces escrocs ne puissent pas me re prélever
