Gyna is a fertility nutrition program for women and couples trying to conceive. Most people find us a few months in, or a few years. You've got the tracking app, the prenatal, and a browser history of advice that contradicts itself. What you don't have is one place where food, supplements and everyday exposures are put together and explained. That's the program. Self-paced lessons in an app, on a subscription, with meal plans and recipes so the material is easier to actually use. You work through it one idea at a time. Most of what we ask is that you add things, not cut them. Trying to conceive is stressful enough without a program that wants you to overhaul your life in week one.

The research underneath holds up on both sides of the Atlantic, but the examples should too.

I have just enrolled in GYNA
I have just enrolled in GYNA, nothing helpful. just silly quiz and insane amount to read, so obviously I have tried a free trial or paid a dollar for it, I'm ok with that. I cancelled the subscription and very slyly they have ended charging me already for some Meal Plan! I have emailed them for a refund, I hope they refund me soon. I think this kind of gimmicky marketing is what adds to already stressed bodies.

Gyna makes it very easy to learn a lot of information - it's broken down really well and in a fun way. It is a great motivator to eat well while trying to conceive. It's also nice that it comes with a FB community to connect with women going through similar struggles. The 3-day trial period and value for money is also great.

REFUND NIGHTMARE/ RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Horrible customer service. I went through the trial to see if it is something that I think would be helpful for me, and if I would have the time to do all of the oodles and oodles and oodles of reading that this app requires. I do not. Being a super busy mom I woke up one morning and saw texts that showed that I had two charges: $99 and another one for $59. I had forgotten to cancel the subscriptions the day before as I got super busy. So as soon as I saw the charges, I immediately requested a refund and canceled the subscriptions. I’m talking as soon as I saw the charges right when I woke up at 713am. They wrote the rudest reply email:
Thank you for reaching out about this charge. I've gone through your account and want to walk you through what I found.
When you signed up on September 14, 2026 at 10:52 PM, you started with the Fertility Course. A few moments later, at September 14, 2026 at 10:53 PM, you also chose to add the Premium Meal Plan to your account — that's a separate paid subscription, billed independently from the Fertility Course.
Your Premium Meal Plan trial ended on September 22, 2026 at 10:53 PM, and the subscription converted to a paid plan as outlined at signup. The charge of $99.00 was made on September 22, 2026 at 11:54 PM.
You also cancelled the Fertility Course on September 23, 2026 at 7:13 AM — though I want to flag that cancelling the Fertility Course doesn't automatically end the Premium Meal Plan, since they're separate subscriptions.
The Premium Meal Plan was cancelled on September 23, 2026 at 7:14 AM, so no further charges will be made.
If you'd like to look back at the original receipts, you can search your email inbox for "Gyna Receipt" — we sent one when each subscription started.
I can also see that you haven't started using the Premium Meal Plan yet. To be upfront — effort goes into creating your personalized meal plan from the moment you opt in, so there's real value built into the subscription even before you've opened the app.
Having reviewed the timeline and what was agreed at signup, we're not able to issue a refund for this charge. The Premium Meal Plan was opted into intentionally when you signed up, and the charge was processed as agreed.

My experience with this company was an awesome experience bcos Gyna is faithful and trustworthy organization with wonderful and lovely people who are readily available to respond to your request, need and well-being.
Relating with this company is great experience for me. And reading through their fertility and meals plan is also a good one.
However the biggest and awesome experience I had with this company was when my subscription was deducted for three months and I wrote them that I need a refund and it was gladly refunded with sweet words that I shouldn't panic about getting my money back.
