Hello Michael, sorry to disappoint, we'd already emailed you to apologise for this misunderstanding, but you still managed to write this unfair review. We always take great care of our customers; every order comes with a freebie from us, but we can't afford to sell products at zero price. What happened was, our team had been uploading new products and one was not finished, priced at zero, and you ordered that. It was our mistake, we should've add new products offline.
