I like the classes and the coaches but the only think that bother me alot the parking problem it's always a struggle to find one and if I have to pay parking everyday it will be very expensive.
the stuff at the reception area need to be more experienced specifically the new ones.
Finally, the gym became very crowded and strange mix of members.

I love this gym because the trainers who lead the classes are amazing, creative, and highly motivating. However, the cleanliness needs significant improvement. The floors in the studios are often dirty, and it seems that the rooms and equipment, including the weights, are not cleaned regularly. Also, tissues are often unavailable in the restrooms. I really hope management addresses these issues, as the trainers and classes are truly excellent

equipments are really good. but if You would have a sauna bath with stones thats the deal breaker. 🙏

I’ve had a really good experience with GymNation overall. The gym has a great atmosphere, good equipment, and I’ve always enjoyed working out there.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my usual branch has been temporarily closed for quite some time, which has made it very difficult and inconvenient to visit the other branches. I hope it reopens soon because I really enjoy being a GymNation member! 🤍

Les Mills classes are amazing. My partner joined a month after me and now we go together most evenings, which honestly keeps us both accountable.

Very disappointed with my experience at GymNation. The biggest issue is the poor customer service and lack of follow-up. I was given assurances that my membership cancellation would be taken care of, but despite repeatedly following up, nothing was properly resolved.

What is most frustrating is having to contact them again and again for something that should have been handled the first time. Every time I follow up, I receive another assurance, but there is no proper action or clear update.

I honestly expected better professionalism and customer support from GymNation. The experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me feeling that once the membership is taken, customers are not given the same level of attention.

If you are considering joining, I would strongly recommend understanding their cancellation policy and getting everything confirmed in writing before signing up. My personal experience with the cancellation process and customer service has been very disappointing.

1 star is honestly too generous.

The most unorganized company with absolutely horrible customer service. Be very careful before paying! Once they have your money, good luck getting it back if you need to cancel. Nobody answers calls, complaints are ignored, and they simply don’t care.

Ladies, don’t waste your money just because it’s advertised as a ladies’ gym section is there. The equipment is very limited and definitely not worth the price.

I even saw a similar Google review before joining and ignored it because of their promises. I regret it. I’ve also met other members who had the same experience and never got their money back. I myself it’s still one month and more that i didnt get my money back.

24 hour access is the whole reason I signed up, I work night shifts and this is the only gym neer me that actually works with that schedule. Machines are always in good shape

I've joined gyms before in the UK and quit within a month, but this one's different. My pt actually adjusted the program when I told him my knee was acting up, and he checks in every couple of weeks to tweak things. The app for booking sessions is a bit clunky but honestly a small price to pay.

Very bad experience..they do offers to collect refund amount as i didnt use it at all and i asked th erefund within less than 14 days as oer their policy of cancellation . when i visited again the accountant mentioned that no refund in spite as per UAE regulations
