Guesthoo Arvostelua 

We booked Leaways cottage in Horsley (Nailsworth, Gloucestershire) through Guesthoo and had a great experience.
Our four-day stay was very pleasant. The cottage is beautiful, cozy and confortable, We especially enjoyed the garden and veranda. We also appreciated the welcome basket we found upon arrival.
All the instructions and suggestions provided, both by email and on-site, were very detailed.

Stinking bedding heavy dust build up unusable balcony at a premium price . Customer services rude and unhelpful and promised a compensation never got. I had to replace the pillows myself the smell of them was so bad 🤮 never use this company again

I've stayed at several holiday rentals managed by these guys in Cornwall and Devon and always had a great time. Communication is top notch and the properties are always spotless. Would recommend!

Avoid this company.

We arrived to find the property in an unsanitary condition. The floors were filthy, with crumbs throughout, and after washing them ourselves twice the water was still black. The balcony and outdoor furniture were covered in dirt and bird droppings, making them unusable.

There were also safety concerns, including a broken balcony door lock that should have been identified before guests arrived.

Although the company promised to arrange cleaning, this did not happen until the third day of our stay. We left the property while the cleaner was there, only to return and find many of the issues still unresolved.

The most worrying part is that this company continues to let properties in this condition. Basic cleaning, maintenance and quality checks should happen before guests check in, not after they complain.

We cannot recommend staying in any property managed by this business.

Booked a holiday to Penryn through guesthoo and it couldn’t have been better. Property was perfect, all the instructions were so clear and we had the best time. Seamless customer service from a team who are clearly experts of the local area!

We recently stayed at a property in Devon managed by Guesthoo and had a great experience. The house was clean, check-in was easy, and communication throughout was very clear with some great local recommendations! The Royal Oak in Meavy was a particular highlight - great local Otter ale on tap! Will definitely look out for their properties for future South West trips. Many thanks!

I had the loveliest experience at one of Guesthoo’s property! I enjoyed a very comfortable stay. We found the instructions to get in easy to follow. We asked Guesthoo for recommendations in the local area and they came back with great choices very promptly.

The bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the place was spotless.

Had the window open and could hear the birds chirping in the morning…so peaceful. Would definitely recommend staying with them again. Great service all round!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Redruth. The property was a charming Cornish cottage, very clean on arrival, and super comfortable. After some long blisteringly hot days out on the beach and visiting local Cornish towns, it was nice to come back to a cool, clean and well maintained house. Had a minor issue when we arrived getting the safe open to get the keys, however communication with William was quick and clear. To my embarrasment it was me putting the code in incorrectly ;-). Will definitely be booking for next year.

Guesthoo have been managing both my flat in Bristol, and my family holiday home in Cornwall for many years now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

We had a lovely family holiday in Cornwall, staying in a beautiful, spotless property that had everything we needed. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. Guesthoo were fantastic throughout and especially helpful when we had a bit of trouble with the washing machine. They responded quickly and got everything sorted. Great communication and excellent customer service. We'd happily book through them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in in the UK - clean, tidy, THE most comfortable bed and a well-stocked kitchen (always my pet-peeve in an holiday-let!)

There was lots of smart tech in the house, but plenty of helpful guides and instructions all over the place that meant even a couple of us olds could get to grips with it quickly.

The only hiccup with our stay on the third day we found ourselves locked out with (what we thought) was the only key inside. We called Guesthoo for help who sorted us out with a back-up key so quickly -- on a saturday too!!! 10/10 for service and resulted in only a minor distruption to our holiday.

Great service and great communication. I highly recommend for anyone looking to have their holiday home managed and rented out.

We've stayed in a few Guesthoo properties now and each time the experience had been great. The properties are as advertised, they're always clean and the service when we've had questions has been brilliant.

I loved my stay at a Guesthoo property and thought the customer service team were personable, friendly and super helpful. They provided us with a full guide of information about the house and where to visit nearby, and checked in to see how we were getting on which was a lovely touch. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again!
