This was my first order and it won't be the last! I had multiple updates on my order and an item that was going to be shipping later. The item that was to ship later had been discontinued in my size and they allowed me to substitute with another item. Then, since I had delays in shipping on both orders (not their fault), they gave me a store credit. Extremely polite and probably the best customer service I've experienced! Also, the pieces are so comfortable!

When two items were too big, I was able to communicate with the company and get new sizes quickly. Customer service was kind and efficient.

The quality is about what I expected and it was good. The only thing is that what I ordered did not fit because I have a long torso. Evy was helping me through email. She offered to send another piece, but I was worried I would have the same issue with the fit.
She let me keep the item and gave me a partial refund, which I thought was fair enough, as return shipping was over 50% of the item cost anyways.

I received the item and it was beautiful and nice quality but I’d made a mistake in picking a size, I emailed and they were super helpful and got me all sorted with what size to pick and got the replacement sent out quickly

Ordered three items from evylen, all beautiful, as described. Came up larger than expected but they were quick to respond to my email and are replacing the items and I get to keep the initial ones.

I thought I ordered the correct size for my body. And I was prepared to send the product back full force on my end because I really thought the product was pretty. When i emailed customer support, they said they would be happy to help me with a replacement without having to go through the hassle of an exchange. Now I plan on keeping the first because someday I may make that size but today I’d like a bigger size because I’m a bigger person and they are making it possible.

Ordered some lingerie for my wife as a gift. Unfortunately they didn't quite fit my wife's shape. I contacted Evylen via email and got a quick response. I must say they're service was outstanding they offered me a partial refund nd keep the items which I gladly accepted. Taking into account how much it would have cost me to return the items I thought it was very fair. Would definitely order from them again ( next time I'll get my wife to pick something).
I would honestly recommend them.

I emailed and asked for a return, they worked with me and sent me 2 more pieces for Free for waiting

Selecting lingerie for a beautiful woman can be a challenge especially when you have been married together for over 28years. Finding Evylen was amazing, the lingerie looks fantastic and although I had a small issue at check-out with my delivery location this was managed and solved within 24 hours of sending a direct email to the team. When I received an item that wasn’t quite what I wanted, was offered an alternative free of charge! An element of the second was too large and was offered a replacement with no quibbles. The products are so soft and comfy to wear but look fabulous! Purchased for use for a boudoir photo shoot and cannot wait for the pics as the lingerie made me feel so comfortable but yet confident! Fantastic customer service :-)
