I don't think this is the site for the Amazon shipping company - Gudz UK, but everyone seems to be using it as that. These people are literally thieves - They took my online payment 6 weeks ago and never even bothered to ship my order, they just didn't bother. Now they won't even give me a refund so I'm referring them to the Amazon Legal Team.

This company doesn’t care I ordered granola via Amazon did not arrive they pleaded with me to take off bad review and promised to replace the order which they did with Vietnamese rice wraps ! Since then nothing ! They do not care for the customers

Placed an order 8th Jan. tried multiple times to contact this company as I received a tracking number not valid with Royal Mail. Eventually I was able to get a replacement order sent out.

It arrived today (yey) oh wait, 4 items missing from the box. I’ve contacted my bank to do a charge back

Seriously avoid this company, definitely not a ‘family run business’ just a bunch of scammers ripping people off

I BOUGHT THE RIO AMAZON TEA VIA AMAZON , THE SELLER KEEPS HARASSING ME CALLING ME TO REMOVE MY REVIUE ON AMAZON , I RECEIVE THE TEA PAU D'ARCO FULL OF DUST ,IN AN UNSEALED PACKAGING . WHERE IS BENEFICE TO YOUR HEATH OF DRINKING TEA THAT IS FULL OD DUST ?., BUT THE SELLER KEPS CALLING AMAZON TO REMOVE MY REVIUE THAT WAS ACCEPTED WITH ALL GUIDE LINES PREVIOUSLY . STAY AWAY FROM THAT SELLER

i live in NZ. bought product from GUDZ uk. (through Amazon UK) they charged 85 pound shipping, I then got an email saying it had been returned to their warehouse and shipping was 535 pounds, please could I pay 225 poundS and they would pay the reat. I asked them to then cancel the order and refund my monies. i GOT AN AUTO REPLY STATING, " WE ARE WORKING 15 HR DAY 6 DAYS WEEK." NEXT SENTENCE SAYS THEY ONLY WORK" 9 TO 1700 MON TO FRI." NEXT SENTENCE STATSES OUR TEAMS ARE WORKING ROUND THE CLOCK.

I reproted them to Amazon with no contact yet, its now been 3 weeks so I have contacted my Bank here to see if they can assist. I personally think this is a scam company.

Begin juli heb ik met een mooie korting judo spullen gekocht. Helaas zijn deze nooit geleverd. Ondanks meerdere pogingen om contact op te nemen voor een restitutie, heb ik na twee maanden nog steeds geen reactie ontvangen. Zeer teleurstellend en frustrerend.

Ordered Laundry Liquid from Amazon. Said it was delivered. I live in the Highlands of Scotland and the tracking system showed the item was delivered to Kings Lynn in Norfolk!!!!! What a rubbish company.

Een parasol besteld e-mail ontvangen dat ze hem gingen leveren ..wel betaald en inmiddels tewee weken verder nog niets ...bestel ook nooit weer bij hun ze komen de levering niet na😡🤬🤬

Zelfs minder dan 1 ster krijg bericht geleverd ik krijg bericht in de brievenbus geen enkel bericht in de bus. Op email word niet gereageerd 53.23 € weg

Maandagochtend een bestelling geplaatst, nog geen verzending gezien of track&trace, nog geen product ontvangen (het is nu vrijdagavond).
Geen reactie op de vraag wanneer ik iets kan verwachten via het klant systeem en bij elk van de drie keer bellen werd niet opgenomen.

Eerdere bestellingen waren naar tevredenheid.

Makkelijke site, snel besteld. Enkel de levertijd klopt niet, heeft een week geduurd voordat het verstuurd werd.

Snelle service. Ik bestel hier altijd banden op naam en het is altijd een groot succes bij de kinderen.
