The shoes are great
The shoes are great. But the courier service (APC) was a pain, no warnings, no estimated delivery time, 2 failed deliveries in 1 day when I wasn't expecting them, then my parcel was left with a neighbour but no card through my door so more wasted leave!

the overall browsing and buying experience was good. the shipment was quick and received on time. The shoes received as shown in website and looks great. i’m loving the shoes and cant wait to order.
On overall website it lacks good user experience in terms of shippment details, online tracking and communication on order placement. It will be good if worldwide shipping option is available whoch can generate more sales$$$$$&&

Really dissapointed in services
Really dissapointed in services. Ordered 2 pair of shoes to give as a present for birthday. Not only that the order was dispatched late... they run out of one pair! Even though the website clearly stated they were in stock. It happened second time to me now so I will not return to this company. The shoes are not cheap .. hence I was left without present !!! Embarassing and very stressful. The only reason why I give 2 stars is because the shoes were delivered in good condition although the box was damaged and refund was processed for the other pair. Would not recommend.

Hi there, we are really sorry you have experienced this. We did try and resolve the situation by email and calls and made sure we spoke to you on the first working day after your order. Nonetheless we accept your experience was not good enough and appreciate the 2 stars given what you went through. Just to say though, that we would not necessarily have been able to deliver an order by Tuesday (the birthday) if made on a Saturday. Again, apologies for your experience. Mens Brown Cuban Heel Chelsea Boot!
